Good delivery times, was kept very up to date on my parcels whereabouts by text and email. The only issue I have is one of the prints I bought off the website didn't look as bright and vibrant as it did on the site. The other two and my hat where awesome though.
I would also like to see abit more merch available to buy. The American site seemed to have abit more than ours.
All in all though very impressed.

Shipping time to germany was great

Very fast shipping to germany. The shop is good right now, but I#m sure it will get better with more stuff from the US store like Shinobi for example...

The "shop by brand" bit breaks on the google chrome app on my samsung. I select Sonic - it loads up half the page and freezes so I cant click or scroll.

Also the shop doesn't have any of the cool stuff from the U.S. store, and the U.S. store still won't deliver to the U.K.

Can't see why customers should put up with any of this.

It's finally great that sega have now expanded there merchandise into a UK specific shop as we didn't have that option for a while and had to order from overseas. Its great that this has happened now, worth the wait and investment.

Great source for Sega merchandise, glad to have a reliable UK store to order from. More importantly items came fast and as expected. Hopefully will be updated frequently with more than just shirts and similar items to the US. Well definitely be ordering again and recomend.

Really quick delivery, great product, reasonable prices for an official merch store, and when I had an issue with my purchase the staff were easy to talk to and quick to reply, getting right to the root of my problem within 2 messages. The website is clear and easy to use with a great selection of products to choose from. The payment process is quick and easy. I received notifications on each stage of my purchase from payment to receiving the goods. Delivery was within the specified timescale even though close to Christmas. The parcel was in excellent condition and all goods were present and correct. I would definitely order from here again and recommend others to do the same.

I ordered stuff while I was on holiday and due back in two days, the store had just opened so I didn't expect to see the things I got for a while. You can all see where this is going, right? I got home, and they were there, waiting for me. They've got a wide variety of stock (perfect for a Sonic fan like myself) at a very good price!

My ONLY qualm would be "I want more Shenmue things" but that's just me being demanding. (Though if you wanted to take that suggestion on, fellas...)
