Decent items, bad service and support.
I like the items that I bought while they lasted. Buttons started falling not even 1 year into owning it and they will not replace it or help with replacement.

Don’t buy direct from EU store to UK, got hit with an import fee of over £230 on top of an already expensive gift to myself. In fault part to the UK as Brexit to blame no doubt! No indication from company of fees payable per country. Then to be told by sefr, if I don’t pay and have the item returned, they will deduct from fees from my refund. No win situation.
Next time I will fly to Sweden and collect the item myself for those fees. Website requires additional warnings and more transparency or at least add costs on top to cover. If the items are of quality you will pay it for brand loyalty.
I had a very disappointing experience with Sefr’s online shop, and I strongly urge potential customers to avoid them at all costs. Their shipping and return policies are designed to drain your money, and their service is far from customer-friendly.
First off, they charge you extra if you want door-to-door delivery. By default, they ship your parcel to an access point, and if you want it delivered to your actual address (which is the standard for most online stores), you have to pay additional fees! This is highly unusual, and frankly, a terrible practice that’s not customer-oriented at all.
What’s even worse is that they’ll hit you with additional fees—ranging from €20 to €40—if you’re unable to pick up the parcel from the access point. This is absolutely unheard of! If you’re unable to pick up your package, you’re basically punished with extra charges, which is both unfair and unreasonable.
Lastly, if for any reason you want to return your items, be prepared to pay for the return shipping as well. It’s ridiculous that returning unwanted items results in yet another out-of-pocket expense.
In summary, ordering from Sefr will likely end up costing you far more than you bargained for. Their hidden fees, inconvenient shipping options, and customer-unfriendly policies make them a terrible choice for online shopping. I highly recommend avoiding this store at all costs!
I returned a shirt that did not match the color shown on the image on the webshop. I didn't use the word 'claim' but explained the reason. The company refunded the amount from the shirt, but not the shipping cost, which according to them was as much as SEK 150.
It is highly unsual not to refund shipping costs in case of a claim, and I strongly advise against this webshop.
