It all went through easy enough but I would have liked the opportunity to pick my own seats especially as is a venue I don’t really know.

A booking fee of 10% of the ticket…

A booking fee of 10% of the ticket price is extortionate.
It may be a fixed fee of £2, but if the ticket price is £20, that's 10% which is totally ripping off fans.
Also, and additional transaction fee of 85p, what is that for?
I did all the work and I printed my own tickets. Again, a total rip off!
I couldn't give 'Nil point', so you got 1 star.

Piss poor

Think the whole booking fee is astronomical. We, as music fans are held by the short and curlys as we have to buy from outlets like yourselves and just take advantage of that and line your pockets.

One of the better tickets providers

One of the better tickets providers, been using these guys since the days where I would have to call and book seats.
Never had any problems with them and they are straight forward.
Only downside is that you have the option to store to apple pay but not Google wallet, that needs addressing.
