I took my girlfriend there on a date and we had a great time. Our instructor explained the process with a lot of detail and checked on us whenever we called her or as she was walking by. It's a spacious studio so we did not feel crowded. We left our pieces there to dry and they were very good at contacting us when they were ready for pick up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Seda and Tuba will take your money and you will never hear back from them again.
I first met them on the 27th of November 2017. I approached them with a bar design I contracted them to execute. In that meeting, I stressed that quick completion of the project was of the upmost importance to me. Seesaw (Tuba and Seda) assured me that they would be able to execute “a simple project” like mine quickly and efficiently. The entire time I was unfortunate enough to work with Seesaw (6 months), there has not been one instance that has shown me that they had the ability or willingness to execute anything at all.
They charged me the first 50% of the proposal cost very efficiently on the day of the initial meeting. Their proposal was due to me before Christmas. When I didn’t receive any communication from them by the 22nd of December, I followed up only to be greeted with an OOO “Christmas Closure” message. It did contain contact details (number and email) to reach out to “if anything regarding your project is outstanding.” I promptly wrote an email about my outstanding project. Despite an entire proposal outstanding, I didn’t hear back from Seesaw until the 3rd of January and the proposal didn’t get to me until the 12th of January.
This went on through May 2018. A complete disinterest in my project form Seesaw’s side, lack of communication, total unresponsiveness to emails and phone calls, lack of transparency on project timings, missed deadlines, incomplete cost estimates. I chased, begged and threatened for weeks to no avail. Seesaw Studios treated me as if mine was a pro bono project undertaken as a favour (and thus the last on the list of their priorities).
In April 2018 (5 months after the initial meeting), Tuba and Seda stopped acknowledging my emails in their entirety (despite all my communication being directed to them) and passed me on to their Studio Manager. He finally provided me with an (embarrassingly undetailed) project cost estimate: £45k. 50% to be paid upfront, so they could presumably continue to ignore my emails and phone calls and laugh at my stupidity for ever hiring them.
Despite numerous emails detailing how disappointed I was in the service provided, to this day I have received no apology (or acknowledgment) from either Tuba or Seda. Their lack of interest in their customers is truly shocking.
As Seda perfectly put it when publicly asked if she and Tuba ever worked: “Work is our hobby hahaha ☺” It certainly seems so. STAY AWAY.

Oh, Matti. You sent me an email on the 12th of December 2017 (after me having to chase for an update, of course) confirming that you were on track to have the designs delivered to me by the end of the following week. I then didn’t hear anything from you until the 3rd of January 2018, despite my emails chasing the design (once again) and the company’s promises that SeeSaw would respond to inquires about outstanding designs over the Christmas period. You never even bothered to so much as inform me that the deadline would not be met after all. If you call this being “forthcoming with timelines,” then I don’t even want to imagine what the opposite of it is.
Reader clarification – the designs SeeSaw were asked to create were not “bespoke” designs by any stretch of the imagination. SeeSaw were just replicating my own designs in their own software. This is what took 7 weeks to deliver.
To repeat again, the project was not completed to my satisfaction. In fact, it was not completed at all. I contracted SeeSaw to build a bar. SeeSaw have not done so. The service I paid for was not provided – I was entirely ignored by the architect assigned to my project, my emails and phone calls were not responded to for days and weeks on end, there was no transparency on project timings, every deadline was missed and the cost estimates delivered to me were incomplete and full of errors.
To still not accept responsibility for this 6 months later and assure me (and others reading this review) that SeeSaw are making strides to permanently solve the customer service issues they struggle with, is what is truly unusual and disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to give your detailed feedback. I feel it is necessary to respond to a few of your comments.
When you initially engaged our services, you said to us that you already had existing designs and that you would like us to 'just adjust the design and add a few finishes'. On the surface, this indeed is a very simple job that would have been quite quick to complete. However, the reality of your requirements were much more demanding then you initially lead us to believe.
The job actually consisted of a full bespoke interior design with custom joinery and individual unique finishes for each fixture. This is not something that can ever be considered 'off-the-shelf' and understandably takes time in order to produce. Contrary to your comments, our staff were forthcoming with timelines and frequently advised that, owing to the complexity of your requests, it would be difficult to project completion times owing to the numerous suppliers and joiners required to bring your project together.
The design fee quoted to you was very competitive compared to other designers and an up-front deposit of 50% is not an unusual ask. The proposal was not due before Christmas. In fact, I said to you myself that we would aim to get a first draft to you before the Christmas closures but that it was not guaranteed owing to the (obviously) busy Christmas period. For this, I have apologised and shall do again: I am sorry that your high expectations were not met. Unfortunately, situations like this are unavoidable despite our best efforts. You were promptly contacted on 3rd January on our first day back following closure and received your proposal the following week which, at the time, you stated you were pleased with. In fact, I have e-mails from you in March 2018, following meetings with Seda and Silvia stating that you were entirely satisfied with the work completed to date.
It was explained to you that the complex nuances of the design you had decided on, required a large amount of co-ordination and reliance on third parties in order to bring it together. Several joiners we approached did not even want to quote for the project owing to its complexity. Nevertheless, we were still able to bring together estimates and costings for you. Despite explaining to you that we were awaiting prices from third parties, you insisted and yes, indeed, you threatened us. I'm sorry that you were delayed, however, it is imperative that I point out that if you want a bespoke design, you must be prepared to have the patience for it to be delivered.
Ultimately, the design project was completed to your satisfaction; you paid for a service that we delivered. We quoted to complete the installation with all materials included, to which you declined. To be reading a review nearly six months after we last spoke is unusual to me. Given that you have accused us of incompetence, I can only assume that you've found a contractor who delivered a service more to your standard, using our design which, may I remind you, you were happy with.

I had a not very traditional experience with them and I would advice to stay far away as while they appear professional and easy going, the moment they encounter a problem, they appear to dissapear into thin air and you are left to sort out planning issues that they were aware of even before they have taken the case. very disappointed. I am at the stage where I am looking into taking the case further
