Would give zero if this was an option

Would give zero if this was an option. I ordered a set of vodka back in FEBRUARY 2026. Website said shipment would be 4-6 weeks from purchase. They of course send an email saying they over sold their quantities and my shipment would be delayed. Emailed them on April 20th and was told shipment will be delayed longer but no timeframe or anything given. Was supposed to be a gift for the end of April. Who would have thought ordering something on Feb for April would not be enough time. And as of May 4th, no update from anyone. Absolutely horrible experience!!

I have been ordering from Seelbach's…

I have been ordering from Seelbach's for a while now. They have so many different whiskeys to choose from. These are whiskeys that are not available just anywhere. I love the options. Every time I have reached out, they have responded quickly. This is the place to order your whiskey. If you have been thinking of pulling the trigger on a special bottle, let Seelbach's be the one to bring it home. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Excellent customer Service

Last night I placed an order with Seelbach that I had in my cart and to my surprise I noticed that it was not the right item I had in my cart. The order was placed so I reached out to Seelbach’s support team and they got back to me within a few hours and this morning (Sunday) I received an email informing that my order is corrected and in route. Truly amazed by their prompt response.

I've been ordering from Seelbach's for…

I've been ordering from Seelbach's for a couple of years now and not only is their selection and prices competitive to other websites and local stores but their customer service is top quality.

One example, I received a new bottle in the mail and the cork broke and fell in to the bottle, not a huge deal, but I reported it to the seelbach's team and they replaced it with a new bottle!! I don't no of any other company in this industry that would straight up replace an $80 bottle.

Handled it like pros. Customer for life.

Blake was awesome …

It took a bit to get my order but Blake was phenomenal! He answered my emails quickly and resolved the issue. I’m excited to try all of the whiskey I ordered and am excited to try more 🍻

Great Service

Had a delivery issue with UPS. Seelbach's customer support responded immediately and rerouted the delivery to my local UPS Store for pickup. Appreciate the quick response, especially around the holiday.

First Visit

Met friendly folks at the warehouse to pickup an online order. In fact, as I was the first to pickup agave spirits order - 1 being a tasty 5 Sentidos Sierra Negra de Cuero, Alex gifted me a couple of Seelbach tasting glasses. Cool!
