I ordered a PCB. It was shipped after a week. Eight weeks later, still haven't received anything. Do I get a message that there are extra costs because I am in the EU. Okay, I want to pay that. No further response to my email.
An addition to the above: Product not received. After an e-mail to the general e-mail address I received a voucher. Product ordered again and now it looks like it will be delivered.
Issue with a product 12 months after purchasing. The after care was absolutely brilliant! Prompt and really helpful! Highly recommend!!!!!

Well, didn't expect much when miner went down due to past experience. Tech support was great on helping me out and the instructions were really clear for someone who had no idea what they were doing.
Would have been 5* if not for the bad prior experience, as they never did refund me my location assert that was supposed to be covered by the sensecap as it was the 1st location assertation on that device ever. (Fresh out of the box miner bought straight from Seeed- 1st assert is covered- Told I should've stopped before I paid- only noticed I paid that coverage a day AFTER it went threw and had contacted them right away with proof that I paid that coverage instead.) So that was a dbl location assert fee I ended up paying. Paid the amount in the buy of the miner and then sensecap didn't cover what it said it does even in their faqs, and paid a 2nd $10.55usd assert fee. (first set up ever of location for miner)
There was no indication on the web order form that my device would be rejected in U.S. customs. I never got the device and never got a refund.
I should have read the reviews of this company first. There were harsh warnings about their business practices. Ouch.
