While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

NEVER RING BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, UNINTERESTED AND NO COMMUNICATION WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS

I am not impressed with your lack of communication. I have rang you numerous times to attempt to get you to come round to quote as we are only about 5 minutes away from where we live. You tell me that you will call me back to arrange an appointment, this never happens and when I call again, informed that you’ll come again. Must be too busy on larger more profitable jobs than the general public’s smaller ones. Sorry to say that I will be going elsewhere where they communicate with potential customers.

Quality Service

Fast, reliable quality service by professional folk who care. Great attention to detail on the installation, and aftercare.
