I called secured homes about an adjustment needed to my new front door they installed , they couldn't have been more helpful .the installer came on time as arranged and sorted out the adjustments . great customer service .and a follow up call to see if everything was ok.

Reece the fitter very pleasant young man…
The guy who initially came was pleasant and gave me a good price, although had calls of when I would like my door fitting, was never pushed to have it done there and then. Received a call the day before to confirm the booking and time that I should expect the fitter. Reece arrived and explained what he was doing and tidied up after himself, getting rid of the old door and frame. Left all clean and tidy inside and out. Love the new door that I have finally got.

Nothing bad to say about this company. From the first knock at the door to get our interest, calls to organise a quote and the work itself - all stages were great. Polite people, hard workers, 8 windows fitted in one day to what looks like a very high standard. New door
The day we had our initial quote he wasn’t a pushy salesman and was respectful. The quote was valid for 12 month and we paid a deposit only. We booked a date for fitting after 4 months and the sales team were informative and also confirmed the day before for the installation team to attend. The installation team were friendly, respectful and tidy and ensured we were happy. There was minor issues but the after sales team ensured that these were corrected within a short time frame giving us great customer care and reassurance that the company strives for high standards.

Had new composite back door fitted today by Reece who couldn't have been more polite or professional. He explained everything he was doing and gave me every option of there were different ways if finishing etc. He was clearly a perfectionist which is really reassuring
Cleaned and cleared away all the old door and debris and showed me the new lock etc... couldn't be happier

We had full house windows replaced including patio doors Adam was the contract manager he was managing the instalation from start to finish from surveyor Jason coming out to Mr Kahn the window fitter everything has run like clockwork would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with our windows & French doors installed by Secured Homes. From point of sale, survey & install everything went very smoothly.
We had 5 double windows installed first which we were really happy with so we decided to go ahead & have our old tired French doors replaced, this was surveyed & booked in swiftly for the following week.
A big shout out to the installers Ethan & Niall who did a fantastic job & left our home spotless. The finish on the seal around the windows is razor straight & so neat!
Secured Homes supply & install good quality products for a very reasonable price & we particularly liked the no pressure, no gimmicks & no nonsense approach with regard to the cost of what we needed.
Will recommend to friends & family in the future. A firm 10/10 from us 😊
