I absolutely love my Secret Veneers! I smile nonstop. I’ve been using them for two years now and they’re perfect and receiving replacements is a breeze! I highly recommend!

Would recommend to absolutely anyone, gave me so much more confidence and the whole process was straight forward and easy, always kept in contact with me, had mine just over a year now and haven’t changed colour or anything

The best decision I’ve made! I’ve had my veneers for 18 months now and they have completely changed my face. I’ve just ordered my second pair in the whitest share this time. I get so many compliments and people think that I’ve had them properly done! The service throughout was amazing, they helped me with any questions I’ve had during the process of creating my veneers. They are quick at responding on social media and via email. Very helpful, accommodating and I highly recommend!

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order for 0.1mm veneers, top and bottom. The kits arrived I sent my impressions back and should have received the veneers within 14 working days. It took more than 3 weeks. When they arrived they did not fit right and were really thick. I got in touch with customer service and a replacement kit was sent out to take new impressions. However, on the kit it advises the remake is for 0.2mm veneers which is not what was ordered. Both JPD (the company contracted to make them) and secret veneers have failed to respond to my emails requesting either a resolution or a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I’ve had 3 sets of top and bottom ‘Veneers’ from these guys now. None of them fit. Had to pay for delivery every single time and waited for weeks for each set to be created.
I’ve been charged £500 for the set and have requested a refund as they are not fit for purpose. I was told they don’t do refunds.
They look so fake it’s laughable, I look like I’m wearing my nan’s dentures. It’s like a lump of plastic in your mouth. They cut into my gums, and after 5 minutes started to feel like they were moving my own teeth.
They also outsource the actual producing of the product to another company that has a hotmail account as their customer service email. So unbelievably unprofessional.
I hope people read the reviews and refrain from buying this product. I actually feel like I’ve been robbed.

I received my veneers, top and bottom set, and they look like false teeth from a joke shop, they didn’t fit my teeth whatsoever and looked cheap and fake. I reached out to the company over email to complain about this on the 21st July, it is now the 30th and after 2 attempts of emailing them I still haven’t received a response. £200 down the toilet, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Paid In Full plus paid extra for Express 3 days delivery. 3 weeks later am still waiting. No one replies back to emails no number to call. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all cost.

I received a veneer that did not fit. You have no ability to contact them by phone. I was required to write a dozen angry, threatening emails to get a response and finally threaten the opening of 3rd party investigations from my credit card company and other consumer protection agencies to get a response. I returned the veneers per their instruction immediately and 3 months later I am confronted with continued misinformation and stonewalling. I would not utilise this company. There is a reason they have a 25% 1 star rating history. They should not be able to conduct business in the EU.

Update: I finally received a refund after contacting my credit card company to open an investigation. To add injury to insult Secret Veneers required that I pay not only my shipping fees for returning the product but I was also required to pay their fees for shipping me a defective product.

Update: response to Secret Veneers reply: First off, I would never put my name on one of your reviews because you disclose personal information about your customers in your responses, specifically about the conditions they are seeking the veneers for. This is a gross breach of personal data and can get your company slapped with enormous fines by the EU data protection agencies. That a customer must point this out is alarming in itself. Secondly, threatening to involve a 3rd party to assist in resolving a problem is NOT threatening your employees in any manner. Your accusations are a complete fabrication! What it does clearly demonstrates however, is that your company requires the threat of intervention from OUTSIDE AGENCIES to resolve issues that your company refuses to do on its own. That you purposefully lie and suggest I was threatening employees is simply another example of your shady business practices. No one should have to have their credit card company open an investigation to get a owed refund. Your mold making team specifically requested that I send back the veneer for a FULL REFUND. I would be happy to include the email thread proving this fact, redacting personal data first, of course. I followed your lab’s instructions to the letter and 3 months later I still had not received a refund. This is why my credit card company agreed to opened an investigation. Once they reviewed the email thread I provided, they informed me that you would be required to refund me in full, and that they would step into insure that you did. Third, you have exactly a 24% one star ratings on Trust Pilot. I/4 of your customers have had a horrible experience with your company. That is not “a handful” if unhappy customers. And lastly, to suggest I did not come to the company prior to resorting to a Trust Pilot review is simply another blatant lie. I wrote over a dozen emails to your company over the course of 3 months to get this resolved. Your lab department stated in email that they sent on the request to YOU specifically for the stated refund after they received the returned veneers and you chose to ignore their instructions. You are simply further sinking your credibility as a company by lying and shifting blame to customers. I don’t know anyone that enjoys wasting their time writing multiple emails, contacting their credit card company, and writing on- line reviews or waiting 3 months for a refund that you have been assured you will receive. In fact, this is the second negative review I have wasted my time writing in my life.

Ive decided to write this review because i was surprised at all the negative reviews about secret veneers.i decided to go for it because of the instagram before and after brilliant transformations!! so i decided to place my order, i waited patiently for my kit to arrive which it did, and then after a few days i decided to do my impressions and send them back. At this point it was pretty straight forward but i did have to chase them to see if they had received my order as anoyingly the postoffice tracking number wasnt correct/faulty, anyhow i got a reply back the same day via fb telling me theyd received my impressions, but from then onwards therd seem to be a delay because at first they said the impressions were fine and that id receieve them in 2 weeks which was the service i chose, i waited for the 2 weeks and didnt hear anything and then got in contact and they told me they sent me an email which basicaly explained that at first they thought the model was fine to begin with, but then said it would have been a unrealistic thickness so they said it would have been morally wrong for us to take your money and sell you a product that you are unable to use - we cant get them to fit. So obviously it wasn't the outcome i was after as i did want my veneers, but im also glad that when it came to refunding me, it was pretty straight forward from then on.ps I only dropped one star because of me not receiving the veneers which isnt their fault really 🥴😀😀😀

I would recommend you stay well clear of this product there awful, I was well excited to receive mine only to be very disappointed when they did, they didn’t fit properly and they looked really fake like you’ve got a pair of joke teeth in for a fancy dress party, when I emailed to complain they told me there designed only to look good on Instagram not day to day life which they certainly don’t advertise so I feel very mislead and there refusing to give me any kind of refund joke

This is one of the best in the business. Fix any imperfections in your smile today. This company has great quality,, was fast and affordable. You will love to smile again.
They fixed my smile. All I had to do was send my impressions back to them in the mail and I received my veneers to my front door. I was very embarrassed to smile because of extractions but not anymore. Thank you Secret Veneers 😁

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I ordered some veneers, they came and I was excited, put them on and they did not fit, I understand that there are issues with fitting at times - so I spoke to them and they sent me a second impression kit to complete - I did this and the second set they have sent to me are exactly the same and fit extremely poorly, they don't even cover my teeth.

I wrote to the business asking if I can just obtain a refund, only to be told they have a "NO REFUND POLICY" which has and was never stated to me at the time of my purchase. These guys are fraudsters and their products are absolutely dreadful. STAY CLEAR OF SECRETVENEERS.COM

I need these in my life but getting replacement veneers that look and feel the same is impossible

After buying in a new shade and paying extra for the thin new pair I was sent regular.. In nzd this is alot of money... No reply I give up!!

**Updated review**
This is a follow up to a prior review which I decided to rewrite completely after receiving my order.

Altogether my experience with Secret Veneers was a rather rocky one right from the start, but at the end the company delivered my order and did the right thing.
There was a lot of miscommunication back and forth with both the lab and the company, and unfortunately there is no direct number to call.
It took three months for me to receive my order, with little to no updates on status.
However I am fair when I write reviews, and stick to the facts.

My original package was deemed lost in the mail, so after filing a claim with the company as well as with my bank, Secret Veneers sent another set my way via a private carrier.

I received the first lost package last week and the day after my private package arrived as well. Weird!

The veneers are fine, they appear as advertised and they do the job they are meant to do, which is purely cosmetic.
They are not meant to look realistic as real veneers are of course, same as color contacts versus natural eye color.

All and all I am satisfied and appreciate the lab sending a second set.
I hope this review can help others to make an informed decision prior to ordering.

Please please do not use this company!!!! First set of veneers didn’t fit properly which I was fine with as they said to send them back and take more impressions which I did and then the new ones didn’t fit either !! Ok so I tried to put them in and get used to them as I thought it might be me and they might be ok but they snapped!!! So I messaged secret veneers again and told them what had happened and they again sent out more moulds which again I sent back and the impressions are not good and needed to send them again (which id been back and forward with quite a few times and every time it costs me £7.00 to send) I’ve now emailed 3 times for a refund as I think that the product is unsatisfactory and they obviously can’t meet my needs or create the right veneers for me but I’ve been ignored! I’m now seeking legal advice as it cost me nearly £700 and I still have no suitable product . My mum also purchased from secret veneers and had to have a refund as you could see her teeth trough the veneer. This has been going on now for months . I hate writing bad reviews as I know it’s tough for company’s at the moment but this is the last resort and I don’t want anyone else going trough the stress I’ve suffered.

This is my second set of veneers in 4 years thay are amazing the only reason I'm on my second set in I stupidly snapped my first set I asked for Express delivery and received them with in 5 days .

When I tell you GET THESE!! I was a little worried at first that they wouldn’t look right or didn’t fit, honestly I so In love with them, after being bullied about my teeth all the way through out my life it’s so nice to finally smile with confidence. So many people ask me where I’d had my teeth done and how nice they look!! I can finally go out feeling pretty, I feel on cloud 9 knowing I don’t have too worry about my teeth in pictures or anyone staring at me when I smile.!! Obsessed

I have to admit when I first received my veneers I was unhappy with them, thinking they looked really fake. I have managed to get used to them and love them now. It did take a while to speak properly but I’m basically there now, customer service can be hit and miss, I have found myself left on read a couple of times on Instagram when really they should have replied but all in all I am happy with my veneers😊

Avoid this company! For all the money you pay them it should be a much better service. I bought the extra thin top and bottom set. Nothing was explained clearly from the start. I had to do all my own research just to work it all out. Didn't even get a confirmation email or a way to contact direct. I finally received my clip in veneers.. The top set i received are more crooked than my own teeth and nothing like the photos they use on instagram etc. Both are thick and very rounded and very false looking. I tried them on and straight away i could feel pain! Not bearable pain either, they also made my gums bleed and caused my own teeth to move. I only put them on for a second and the pain was awful. I tried to contact about a refund, as i really wasn't happy with the service. I paid £499 to be given a cheaply made plastic. They insisted that i do more teeth impressions so they can send me out more teeth? So that shows how cheaply made they are! I said i dont want to go through it again. They ignored me and sent out more putty etc after i stated i did NOT want to do it again. Avoid this company. I’ll be taking it further
