Was quite skeptical in the beginning due to the very fair price but it is just that.
Received the impression in under 48 hours and then the veneers came back within the month as stated. They keep you well informed.
The veneers themself are amazing exactly what I asked for people are constantly complementing me. Very easy to put in and out and they did everything I asked for.
They're amazing massive confidence boost!!!

Secret veneers is a great company with such high quality products, It certainly is a game changer.

Super easy process! Best veneers to get while I’m waiting for my permanent ones. You can do everything that you normally would do in them! Eat and drink! Don’t even hesitate, just get them!

I should have listen to my gut on this deal. Uhhg!! Returned impressions cost me $276 from wa state to UK. I paid extra for 24hr return once my impressions were recieved. I mailed on Friday they were delivered by Monday morning. I recieved veneers 18days later. Waste of money. Upon receiving the veneers were not as advertised I paid for super thin this were not. Nor did they fit. I have veneers from another company that fit perfect and these seemed plastic and cheap. I paid over $1000 us currency. After emailing the lab, I was asked to send pics which they could not see . I have brand new phone pics were excellent. I was then told after 8 days of emails to send them back at my expense. Cha-ching another $276 and they would remake. The entire reason I paid extra for quick product return was for my wedding. Not happening at their slow pace. And that's if they fit and I don't have to send back again. Honestly this is all to time consuming and costly. I've been requesting a refund due to false advertisement and not fitting w/ costly returns for 2 weeks and have not recieved a reply back. Ive emailed Ella carron, hello@secret and instagram. Nothing!! There 100% satisfaction guaranteed is non existent. I really just want my money back and put this 2 months of my life ill never get back behind me... secret veneers Please stop ignoring me.

Disgusting customer service, sent my impressions back 1st class recorded and signed for delivery over two weeks ago, emailed numerous times, with absolutely no reply. And shockingly no phone number to contact them

Such poor veneers.
You could see my gum line, they were sharp (felt like they were cutting my gums), and due to having an over-bite with a slightly crooked front tooth they just looked comical and clown like. I couldn't close my mouth with them in, that's how bad they were.
I also had a poor experience with Amy, the CEO of the company. Apparently I emailed the wrong email (politely) about the issues, and I had a very abrupt response from her. I explained that if it was the wrong email this needed to be rectified so she wouldn't receive any further emails from customers as this email address was easy to access and if it happened again in future she could at least be polite about it. She apologised and changed her attitude, but it's a shame I wasn't met with that politeness in the first instance. Just a very negative experience all together and hundreds of pounds down the drain on a product I've never been able to use.

It’s unbelievable how this clip on veneers look😍 I had some from a German company and they broke because of a low quality material. This one I got from secret Veneers from the UK are so well. Very good quality and no fear that it will break. You also can eat with them 😍👍👍 Bought it from Germany 🇬🇧🇩🇪

Oh my goodness, I honestly couldn't be happier!
I was so nervous, it's alot of money but I'm so glad I took the plunge.
One thing I would suggest is save up and get the super thin veneers, I ordered the normal ones and they were too thick but the super thin feel excellent.
Wouldn't hesitate to order again, am now saving for my bottom teeth!

Not even 1 star. . I bought the standard venners top and bottom and I get a non fitting venners. I send them pictures and 1000 emails I get the new impression kit and no even an answer after one month . I will send them to court as I paid 500euros for everything. That's impossible to don't care about their customers.. just be careful and don't order anymore. They don't deserve to be on online marketing. Massive reports on their website and close down secret venners .

So I was very nervous to order since I live in the US and couldn't come in person. There were so many variables that I felt could go wrong. I am so glad I took the risk! I really took my time doing my impressions, practiced putting plastic trays in my mouth multiple times before placing putty. Practice was key. There was an error with them sending me wrong teeth in mail but they responded quickly and made it up to me. My teeth look great! Their customer service is terrific. They got back to me within one business day. If you're reading these reviews and can't decide whether to take the plunge, do it ! I'm so glad I did. I'm going to order my mother a pair this Christmas.
P.s. If you live in US use USPS for shipping impressions instead of UPS bc I paid less than $20 and UPS quoted me over $130.

Absolutely love my veneers; wanted a solution to keeping my teeth white and having a bright smile! Really comfortable! And we’ll worth the money!!

From the many many negative reviews: thus Customers returned the poor quality Veneers, and were not given a refund. In my case I returned the unused product via Royal Mail, tracked and to be sign for upon delivery. It was delivered but Veenera refused to sign for, and to accept the return product. But why?

A fraudulent company in its full glory! Stay away people from this blatant scam! It’s a good thing I did not pay for it straight away upon purchasing it, but had chosen the option to pay later. So very glad that I did! I returned the product because it looked cheap and complicated to use. I had a good look at it and I thought that no way this is professional, or of good quality.

So the product was not used but was returned straight away to Veneera; I was given the return address via email accordingly. I purposely paid extra for it to be signed for upon delivery because I did not trust the company, that they would acknowledge receiving it. Well about that, the bad reviews confirmed my suspicion. What they have to gain by not accepting the returned unused product is a mystery, and a farce!

Will they demand that I pay them £198 for a product I did not use and which I fully detested, hence the swift return of it? I read of how the veneers looked like something you buy from a joke shop; so cheap and unprofessional indeed! The customers all say the same thing and I believe that the positive reviews are all faked!

Absolutely incredible my teeth look how I have always wanted without having to break the bank! The customer service is so helpful aswell. Highly recommend!!

Thank you secret veneers you have made me smile and what a wonderful smile it is now!!!. I was very apprehensive when ordering as it is a lot of money ,but I have never been happy with my teeth color or shape so I decided to risk it , and the risk payed off 3 fold . I ordered the ultra thin top and bottom . It took a few remakes to get them just right but the customer service I received throughout was brilliant , nothing was too much trouble , after doing my first impression my first set didn't fit correctly and where sharp and loose , I was sent a second set that where altered from my first impression they still were not fitting quite right so the tec team asked me to do a second impression , the kit was sent out the next day and I received my remake 10 days later , they looked perfect even better shape that the first set really natural and real looking the upper plate was just slightly loose , I message them again to say it was slightly loose and they altered it and sent me another set within 7 days (again at no extra cost) , they are perfect. Although it took a few tries to get them just right , secret veneers will do the alteration for you at no extra cost till your happy with them . I would defiantly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of getting clip in veneers . thank you secret veneers team , I am one very happy customer xx.

Don’t last long enough for the money you spend, I never ate in them and they ware and split in places , not even had them a year.
Would buy again if the price was right .
Also customer service is awful . Feel like it’s a one man band .. lack of communication,
They also chat rubbish and say your teeth shape change over two years so you have to re buy at full price I don’t find this true ,. I would stick by them if they continue to let me buy replacements , but they bin your mouldings after 2 years
