Nightmare for refunds and poor customer service
I ordered two pairs of North Face shorts from Secret Sales and returned them on 14th August. I am still waiting for my refund, despite the fact that the items were returned weeks ago.
Initially, I contacted Secret Sales and was told that my refund would be processed within 3–5 working days. I was also informed that Secret Sales uses third-party sellers and that they would contact the seller regarding my refund.
After chasing this several times, I eventually received a response from Lucy Fox stating that the matter would be escalated to the management team and that someone would contact me within 1 working day. I was also told to rest assured that the matter would now be dealt with.
Unfortunately, that promise has not been followed through. I am still waiting for my refund and, once again, I have been left chasing for answers.
The communication from Secret Sales has been extremely poor. You receive one email, then hear absolutely nothing for days, leaving you with no idea what is happening or when you will actually get your money back. I have sent several messages and emails and have repeatedly had to chase for an update.
Regardless of whether Secret Sales considers this to be an issue with the third-party seller, my purchase was made through Secret Sales, my return was made weeks ago, and I expect Secret Sales to take responsibility for resolving the situation and keeping me informed.
Four weeks is an unacceptable amount of time to be waiting for a refund, particularly when the items have already been returned. Being told the matter has been escalated and that management will contact me within one working day, only to still receive no refund or meaningful update, has made the situation even more frustrating.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience and, in my opinion, reflects very poor customer service. I certainly won’t be ordering from Secret Sales again and would advise anyone considering using them to think carefully before doing so.

Unfortunately, we’ve had to cancel the order because the item was temporarily displayed on our website at an incorrect price due to a pricing error. The price shown was significantly below the intended selling price and was not the price at which the item was meant to be offered.
As soon as the error was identified, the listing was corrected however, orders placed while the incorrect price was displayed could not be fulfilled at that price and have therefore been cancelled.
We appreciate that this is disappointing, particularly if you placed the order expecting to receive the item at the price displayed however, the price was the result of an obvious error.
Any payment taken for the cancelled order will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, this may appear as a reversal of the original transaction rather than as a separate refund.

Very disappointing experience – beware of the “sale”
I ordered a puffer jacket from Secret Sales because it was advertised at a sale price. They took the payment, and about 5 minutes later confirmed my order with an expected delivery date.
Then, just 3 minutes after confirming the order, they cancelled it without giving any explanation whatsoever.
If an item is available to purchase, payment is taken, and the order is confirmed with a delivery date, customers reasonably expect the order to be fulfilled. Cancelling it almost immediately without any explanation is extremely frustrating.
It makes the “sale” feel more like a way of getting customers onto the website, only to cancel the order afterwards. On top of that, customers are left having to wait for and deal with a refund for an order that should never have been accepted in the first place.
My advice: don't waste your time, money and energy. I certainly won't be trusting Secret Sales again.

Beware
Beware. Whilst I have previously had problem free purchases on Secret Sales on this occasion having purchased 2 identical items I was sent only one.
Customer Services fail to believe that this could be error or fraud and instead are suggesting that either I am lying or that the second polo shirt was stolen or removed in transit.
This isn’t acceptable. I won’t be using this site again and will be seeking redress via Visa

Ordered two perfumes
Ordered two perfumes, used a discount code. After 3 days got an email to say I had been refunded for one as it was out of stock, so why was I able to order it in the first place?. Contacted customer services they took days to reply and told them I wasn't happy because they also took off my discount code. They wasn't interested, never replied back, just disgusting I've ordered do many stuff off them. No customer loyalty at all.
