*AVOID AVOID AVOID*, this company and the directors, Sanjiv Gabbi, Pawel Urbanowicz at all cost. Took clients deposit on property and never completed sale or refunded money. They have registered and dissolved multiple companies;

Again this company took £5000 from me and has not returned it. They have filed to strike the company off the register on the 9th March 2018 and also their associated company WARA LTD on the same day. I would be interested to contact people who have been effected by these people.

This Company must be avoided at all costs! They took my deposit and when the deal failed did not return it!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY
They took 5K reservation fee from me, never came to the viewing and they cancelled their membership with the Property Ombudsman. My solicitor now chasing them in order to recover my money.
Stay well away from this company, they will ask for a deposit to secure the property which they don't have and that's it you wont hear back from them again.
They advertise property that doesn't exist, and will run away with your deposit, as they have done it to me.
