I gave the lowest rating because the…

I gave the lowest rating because the product arrived defective (the serum does not come out of the syringe, as if it were not there or if the syringe was defective) and despite my reports and the "promise" to return the compromised product to me today after about a month nothing has been sent to me yet. Friendly operators but I was very disappointed.
