They don't answer the phonecalls, they don't answer emails, the orderhandling is very slow, I have ordered and paid 4 items and they have send me 3, one item was severly damaged. My advice: do not do business with them.
Very negative experience.
After purchasing a Märklin 60216, I immediately exercised my legal right of withdrawal after realizing that the product description was not sufficiently clear regarding the actual condition of the item.
For several days I received no response to my emails or through PayPal. In the meantime, tracking information appeared connected to a different city unrelated to my address, creating further confusion and concern.
Only after PayPal’s intervention was the refund issued. Afterwards, the seller justified the situation by claiming my cancellation emails had gone to the spam folder and suggesting that I should have “looked more carefully at the photos.”
I consider the communication and overall handling of the situation unprofessional, especially for high-value items. I strongly recommend that buyers request clear written confirmation regarding the exact condition of products before purchasing.

Esperienza molto negativa.
Dopo l’acquisto di una Märklin 60216 ho esercitato immediatamente il diritto di recesso, avendo compreso che la descrizione del prodotto risultava poco chiara rispetto alle reali condizioni dell’articolo.
Per giorni non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta alle email né tramite PayPal. Nel frattempo è comparso persino un tracking associato a una località diversa dal mio indirizzo, creando ulteriore confusione e preoccupazione.
Solo dopo l’intervento di PayPal è stato effettuato il rimborso. Successivamente il venditore ha giustificato l’accaduto parlando di email finite nello spam e invitandomi a “guardare meglio le foto”.
Ritengo il comportamento poco professionale e la comunicazione insufficiente, soprattutto per articoli di valore elevato. Consiglio massima attenzione e di chiedere sempre conferma scritta e dettagliata sulle condizioni reali dei prodotti prima di acquistare.
