Unreliable Shipping
Secondhandcreme's shipping service was highly disappointing. Not only did it take an unreasonable amount of time for my order to arrive, but the package was also damaged upon arrival. The company needs to improve its shipping processes to ensure timely and intact delivery.

Stay away from this company, they will take your money and you won't hear from them anymore. Stay away from Chris Radu. They are thieves. Especially if you're not based in the UK then know you won't see the goods and your money again!!!

The worst company in the world
In June 2019, I contacted this company for an order for two containers of second-hand clothing.
The person who presents himself as manager sent us the two packing lists which we sent to clients.
Customers asked for corrections which he accepted. The customer representative in England visited his warehouse close to Birmingham. And finally, he made the two proforma invoices. A first client paid him an advance of more than 7 thousand euros and the second client paid him an advance of 15 thousand euros.
When this company received the money on the bank account in July, he asked to cancel the orders because he can't produce as much as we want and he will reimburse because his business is bankrupt.
He reimbursed the first amount of 7 thousand and refused to reimburse the second client's 15 thousand euros.
To date, the client has lodged a complaint and awaits the rest of the legal proceedings.
I advise you to move away from this company by managed by RADU family from Romania living in Birmingham.
