- On June 4, 2023, I purchased Yive Video Lifetime Deal from searchworxx, whose founder is Marcus Cudd, for 397 USD, and in accordance with the contract, the company guaranteed to produce 3000 videos per month for life and upload them to social media platforms.
- Due to my busy schedule, I tested the system only in September 2023 and found that the entire software was dysfunctional. I tried to reach company officials, but I did not receive a response to my e-mails.
- This situation made me suspicious and as a result of my research, I observed that the company was at a dead end, the founder Marcus Cudd was not taken care of due to his illness, the servers were not working and they could not renew them, so I could not receive the service I deserved.
- For more than a month, I contacted the company officials several times and tried to find out whether the system would be fixed, but when I did not receive a response, I requested a refund.
- As of December 2023, after 4 exhausting months, nothing has changed, the company continues to sell its products and create new victimized customers even though there is no service in return.
- Due to my objection and legal protest during this process, the company has unfairly canceled my right to access my Yive Sites, which I have a lifetime agreement with, and my Yive Ranker products, to which I am entitled to 9600 credits.
