I’m trying to contact customer service but everything is in Danish, now I understand we are in Denmark and it’s suppose to be like that. I’m waiting for 20 minutes now. I really need to cancel my contract since I have to leave the apartment I’m renting at the end of this month (May).
No need to say that my husband got scammed in ELGIGANTEN! Can someone please help and tell me if there’s a different number I can call to talk to someone? I’m calling 70151670

I also have the same issue as many others. A salesman in Elgiganten told me you can sign a petition to make Denmark greener! Then I got the email and went back to Elgiganten and asked about it. The guy told me he cancelled it and he even cancelled the 400 Kr discount in Elgiganten for that!! Now after 2 months, I got a bill from SE to pay!!! WTH!!! I don't want to pay and I never wanted to change my electricity provider.
This is really the worst way to get customers SE.
P.S. Elgiganten has my information wrong in their system and they cannot fix it!! So, it is even worse. Because it is my name, my CPR number, but someone else's email address and now that is passed to SE.

Same story i got scam too i did purchase at el giganten last year 2019 as the seller said “im old customer and living in denmark oh! You will get 400kr discount. Ok i agree for discount and he brough contract paper was written in all danish and filled my personal information from yellow card So i asked because i don’t understand danish he said its about your personal info and sign here to get discount. Ok i signed it and i paid the remain bill and left. So I thought that was it because i had been purchased many thing in the shop. But Then this time is different, a couple week later i got automatically email that im subscribe.. but i didnt! also I showed the letters and emails to my danish friend to translate for me. They said this is scam and I should ignore and unsubscribe yes i did but the worst thing ever is now i received invoice electric bill that ive to pay for 5 months.

I can see you have been in Elgiganten a sign a contact twice, first in september and again in december. To find a solution I well make sure the right department call you as soon as possible.

Same experience as Sevak Mnatsakanyan.
Yesterday I did shopping at elgigaten on black Friday and dragged me into the scam too.
The sales guy promised that it wouldn't be anything to worry as he himself changed to this energy subscription.
I wish I could take some severe actions when they try to hide or don't explain the actual details of fixed cost of 48 øre for 3 years because I cannot completely understand Danish script!!!
I have raised cancellation request kindly do the needful at the earliest as am out of station for next 10 days and you have given me 14 days to raise withdrawal request and I have to done it so.
Do not let me chase you for the inconveniences caused by you in collaboration with elgigaten.
I would expect that I remain with my previous electricity energy provider without any further delays and issues to me.
I can't even enjoy my holidays peacefully due to this shocking and disturbing situation.

I have not ordered any new agreement with SE. At El Giganten they have told me that SE will call me to discuss about a possible agreement and new contract with SE. This is NOT what I have been said at El Giganten today. So I do not agree with any new agreement and this is not what it has been told me at El Giganten, or any fixed price for 36 months. I have never discussed that!
