Four weeks ago this weekend went to Straiton retail park in Edinburgh and ordered 3 piece suite and a carpet from SCS My husband paid for furniture . He got a receipt I didn't for the carpet I paid for . Spent a lot of time yesterday on the phone trying to find out why I didn't have a receipt and why no one had been to measure carpet. Finally sent an email yesterday to say no one comes down to the Scottish Borders . I asked for them to phone me but they had mixed up last 2 digits of my number . Meantime they have had over £2,500 of my money . They asked for a suitable time to ring me to arrange for my money to be refunded. Now an hour later still not heard anything. Why did they not write or email my husband earlier?
I got a carpet recently from another shop in Edinburgh so what's the problem ? Appalling service,wish we could cancel the suite.
Unfortunately gave them a good review before .

Ordered carpet and sofa carpet delivered 1st and wrong colour after weeks and numerous phone calls got refund thought everything would be ok with sofa ordered? But wrong sofa delivered! Manager from shop calling me a liar and said that it was what I ordered? Told tough you have it now and we won't be taking it back? £5000 for a sofa that I didn't order.

We're very disappointed with ScS. They seemed good when we commenced doing business with them but that has completely changed and we now know their customer service is horrible and on top of that customer service has a rude attitude to customers. We will NEVER do business with ScS again.

Well we’re do I start we ordered our carpets in June after 3 promised dates failed we got our lounge done but our staircase has been stopped once again 3 days before Christmas the latest excuse is damaged I mean could not have noticed that when it came into the shop we have spent thousands of pounds at scs but after this NO more the customer service is one massive zero. Please think before you go to SCS for any thing. Neil mansfield

Just wanted to say thanks to Jon and Joe for delivering my sofa this morning. Great lads and we’re happy to help! It’s a shame the online team are not the same, the rest of the SCS experience was very stressful but finally got my new sofa, third time lucky and I love it!

Absolutely rubbish.
Purchased a corner suite which started to sink. Took three weeks for an engineer. Engineer came out on 02/10/20 and informed me that the frame was broken. I then chased them for a repair date. Scs did not phone me, not even once. They told me they cannot come out before late November. I have a family where are we supposed to sit. Their staff member Shimon refused to discuss a refund and spoke to me like I was rubbish. Taken advice from trading standards and will now pursue a full refund. PLEASR DONT REPEAT MY STUPIDITY, STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOT

Looking for a lounge set. Scott was a salesperson. Very helpful. Not pressurising (which we like) Helpful & no rush.
Pleased that we were able to choose furniture & hopefully satisfied with results.

Our Lockdown new suite has arrived, our experience in the Waterlooville store over. lockdown was easy and friendly, the delivery came today the staff very polite and friendly, set up our suite giving tips whilst assembling.

Just had my suite delivered on friday & to say im pleased with it is an understatement!fantastic service & delivery process by 2 lovely guys..dean & daniel,top notch service & will definitely be recommended to family & friends in the future!thank you so much scs 😁

Solved a huge problem I had as a result to covid.
She was able to cancelled my couch also refund my deposit.
