Great service, a patient sales person

Friendly delivery drivers Martin and Stephen, were quick, efficient and really helpful. SCS provided a 4 hour timed window delivery slot, And we received a call about 1 hour to actual delivery from the delivery guys. Can't fault the service. Thank you.

Polite professional and very helpful young male assistant.As an elderly customer I would have liked an itemised receipt of my purchase and not just an email. The small print was so small I couldn’t read it. I hope I receive the order I paid for. Fingers crossed.

Staff friendly and helpful nothing being too much trouble especially when the customer has already researched the subjects .Eg being a UK Based company does not necessarily mean that the goods are manufactured in the Uk.I hope that the Chinese manufactured product that we have ordered is as high a quality as the service received from the store.
The goods were delivered a couple of weeks later than the original date but that was no problem the problem was that within 24 hrs a swivel rivit broke on one of the recliners making it inoperable. Once I had managed to cut through the blurb and get into contact with the Executive Customer Service Dept things went exactly as they should and of the choices given we decided to accept a brand new replacement item keeping the old unit untill the new arrived. All through the wait we were constantly contacted. New goods arrived did not even leave the box as damage to the leather was apparent hence all SCS goods were returned instantly by their carrier. Photos and a report of damage were sent to the Executive Customer Service Dept who contacted me the same day with apology and the next day after the goods were in their warehouse my money was refunded. HENCE 4 stars to the sales staff at Wrexham and Micalia and Kerin of the Executive Service Dept but zero stars for quality of the goods which were of the Griffin range.
