Anita was lovely and helped us no end choosing our new suite

I visited the Wolverhampton store and was served by Ravinder who was very knowledgeable about his stock and efficient.

Excellent friendly, helpful staff. Full informed from start to finish. Delivery men very supportive.

For such a large international store and manufacturer the level of knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm shown by the staff is exactly how all outlets should strive towards. No mumbling can’t be bothered staff unsure of the product or its options just well dressed and trained personnel who appear proud to be able to share their enthusiasm with customers. Delivery was over 8 hrs late, even after continually stating it will be here in a couple of hours.
There was blood on the wall and on the suite.
The suite is faulty and left marks after we sat down for the first time.
Having great difficulty in getting to speak to someone after the insurance company told us you will ring me back within 4 days!

Text message a week ago advising of delivery date. Text on Tuesday afternoon advising delivery between 0700 -1200. Text 0630 yesterday advising delivery between 0815 and 0845 and advising guys names. Phone call at 0715 advising would be here at 0815 and they arrived then. Didn't take long for them to deliver and assemble furniture. Excellent service.

Very professional and delivery men were very patient with my toddler running around. Can’t fault them and furniture is amazing

Not informed about £100 for different colour fabric than the one on show.

Rav was very helpful and patient, taking time to explain the difference in materials and finding a style that suited our living room.

We ordered 2 sofas on 16 February, advertised as 14 days delivery.
It is now 4 June AND STILL NOT DELIVERED.
IT IS NOW 18 JUNE AND STILL NOT DELIVERED

Staff helpful , informative

A lovely warm welcome as soon as we entered the store. The lady explained the system of colour coded tickets and offered help or I could browse. I took her up on offer of help.
After explaining my needs we quickly found a beautiful sofa perfect for me. She showed me alternatives both in price and comfort but I bought the one I felt most comfortable for me.
She explained the extra 5 year cover and as a grandma and pet owner I decided it was worth the extra to protect my sofa from any accidents. I was offered a drink of bottled water which I accepted and gifted a free tote bag too. My entire experience was calm informed and friendly. Highly recommend the Wolverhampton store.

Great service and good delivery

A great sofa. Delivered yesterday and exactly as I was expecting. Was told when I ordered it there would be roughly a three month wait and that was spot on. Very happy with it

As soon as we walked into the store, we got a super greeting. The advisor was friendly & professional, she listened to what we were after & showed us several options. She was knowledgeable about the products & was not rushing us in our choice.
The whole process of the purchase was quick & painless.
We even got a tape measure & tote bag for free!
Just hope that the leather recliner comes on time & is up to standard. Should arrive in around 10 weeks time. So can’t comment on the chair yet.
