There was a mix up with the sofas delivered from the warehouse, they delivered the correct sofas but in two different colours. this was soon rectified and as promised they were back the same day with the 2nd sofa in the correct colour

we were greeted by charlotte and she was very helpful we chose furniture paid and out within half hour very impressed

Phone calls and updates were first class, deliver was bang on tine, courteous delivery men, put together well and left no mess. Altogether first class service and lovely sofas to boot!

Charlotte was fantastic. Created us professional when we walked in. Gave a brief overview of the offering and the way things work and then left us to browse the showroom.

Excellent customer service and advice, great range of furniture and knowledge of the sales man was fantastic, we told him what were wanted ref size an functions and he took us to display models and also showed us material samples on other items similar to what we picked.
Delivery was faster than stated and great communication throughout.

I wasn't there but my girlfriend said the lads did a brilliant job with the tricky access, going the extra mile to get the sofa in. They put it back together and it looks fantastic. Top job.

Shop staff were very helpful and in no way pushy about closing the sale. The sofas and chairs which we chose were delivered yesterday and are fantastic. Delivery staff were efficient and helpful - they helped us to dismantle our old 3 seater sofa and and to move it to our garage for later collection. Delivery was around a month earlier than forecasted,

Very helpful staff even helped me find my tyre pressures on line in the store. Very friendly all the staff no one was very pushy which is nice.
