I will start with the only positive…
I will start with the only positive hence the one star, the sales staff in store were helpful and polite. That's where the positives end. About 6 weeks before my furniture was due I thought I would log into their system tobseed if there were any updates and he date had not changed but it said that the £3094 was outstanding I immediately ately called thd store as I had paid in full. The young lady said there was a glitch on the system and that it was paid for, then went on to say it due 4 weeks earlier than stated on system and order confirmation. You might think thfats good but I had to arrange to get ot er to tip which takes 2-3 weeks. The day arrived and I got a call to say on way. The two guys arrived and appeared to be arguing with each other. One came in said I take pictures so you don't say we damage your property, not good morning we have your furniture. Then I was stunned to see boxes thrown out the back of the lorry thinking there must bg e padding inside but no just cardboard. Then the guy unpacked the light grey sofa and rolled parts of it onto my by no means clean drive. The chair was carried in a d I thought is that red dye off my drive no it was the guys blood I pointed it out and he got wet tissue and tried to wipe it off. The rest of the sofa was rushed in an put together badly there was a cable missing so I cannot use a recliner. I called customer services who offered me £30!! Did I say I had a strangers blood all over my chair. They sent me a link for emmiera the company they use who s earliest appointment was two weeks. So with blood on my chair a dirt stain on anther and a cable missing I waited. The guy arrived and said where's the cable I said if I had it I would have connected it. He was polite and cleaned the areas. I waited 2 days by having heard nothing emailed twice and called once and told they will let me know when it's coming. 7 days later still nothing, absolute terrible customer service will go out of my way to tell people not to use SCS.
As you can see a reply from scs unfortunately wrong after another phone call this morning the lead is going to be posted to me on the 20/7 for me to fit myself when it arrives later in the week , this could of and should of been done 3 weeks ago. And a suggestion perhaps there should be an emergency booking in circumstances where blood is involved not having to wait two weeks for it to be removed. It appears this is ok for you ?

Delivery information and correspondence was top class, right up to and including the morning of the delivery.
Delivery team were excellent, considering the blistering heat. Courteous and respectful of property, they were in and out in less than 30mins!

Excellent customer service and advice, great range of furniture and knowledge of the sales man was fantastic, we told him what were wanted ref size an functions and he took us to display models and also showed us material samples on other items similar to what we picked.
Delivery was faster than stated and great communication throughout.
Top job.
I wasn't there but my girlfriend said the lads did a brilliant job with the tricky access, going the extra mile to get the sofa in. They put it back together and it looks fantastic. Top job.
