Excellent customer service by advisor Red. He guided us through the way Poltrone worked and all the options available. He was really attentive whilst not being pushy and left us to browse on our own whilst always being available to answer any questions we had. We liked the wide range of fabrics available for the sofa we chose which were very limited at other stores.

The guys at the store in Stockport were very good . Delivery was not good the sofa was delivered on the day stated but the tracking was very misleading as the time slot kept changing . When the sofa was delivered in the afternoon 4 of the backs were missing . After finding the warehouse tel no myself the backs were arranged to be delivered the next day . Bit of hassle but got sorted .

Vinnie and Stu were absolute gents. They were down to earth and weren’t there to hound you! Best sales men I’ve dealt with! Wish I could buy more from them. 10/10 sales team!

The sales person was very welcoming without be pushy - advised on the product then left us to decide - he seemed very knowledgeable about the product - we came into store after looking at a competitors sofas and found your staff much more professional and no hard sell - basically let the product do the selling.

Daniel and Marc were fantastic. Called to advise eta and were quick, efficient and very friendly whilst installing the furniture.
Tracking app was very good too.
Not forgetting the team in the showroom, their advice and patience was gratefully received. We did take quite a long time in store to make our choices, but this didn’t appear to be a problem.
There was a few weeks lead time for maunufacture and delivery, which we were advised of, but definitely worth the wait, our new furniture is fantastic.
Would definitely recommend.
