Initially Muddassar was the first person we met who helped us out massively with furniture choices and sizes, we went away to measure up and then returned,unfortunately it was Mudassars day off, this is where we met Abz who managed to carry on where we left off. All in all a very good experience

Alex & Jac were the most friendliest, lovely delivery guys ever, could not fault them atall, they deserve a raise 100%, they bought the sofa in with ease after unpacking it outside and set it up without any issues, myself and my mum were so happy with Alex & Jac and the sofa, thank you so much

Manager was a totally liar just to get a quick sales out of me. Lied about delivery. Pushy salesman. I bought a sofa from the showroom which was discounted. I’m not even sure if I get a years warranty as he lied about delivery taking my old sofa and bringing me my new sofa, which then I discovered that I had to pay extra for the removal of the old sofa. He never stated this just to get a quick sale for his own commission.

SCS had exactly the right furniture we were after and on a sale.

This review only received 4 stars because we did not get adequate advance notice of a delivery time and date so therefore had to remove our old 3-piece suite out the day before which was most inconvenient, otherwise shop staff and delivery team were perfect.

You promised to deliver when we were really needing our sofa bed you did just that. The service we received through out was was first class. Take a bow Stevenage and thank you.

Went in just to look for a replacement sofa and the salesman took us straight to the type and colour we were looking for, telepath! Good price and gave us £50 off. Delivered same day. Worked out right for us.

Friendly, non pushy staff.....allowed us plenty of time to browse & ask questions.

From our first meeting with Mudassar in the shop, we felt very welcome and unpressurised by the staff. That was something we had not felt in another local sofa store. Mudassar was more than happy to show us around the store after getting an idea of our requirements. With his help we found our perfect sofa. All terms and conditions were thoroughly explained and understood. We weren’t rushed at all.
We waited 7 weeks for delivery which was expected.
On the day of delivery we had Simon and Jason deliver our sofa. We were able to track them and they communicated their ETA throughout the morning. This was by far the hottest day so far of the heatwave. They were very pleasant and professional. We gave them cold drinks to take away.
The choice of sofas is vast the colour chosen in store was exact on delivery. The quality exceptional. We are so happy with our lovely ‘Taviano’ sofa in ‘in Stella Yellow’ it looks perfect in our living room and is so comfortable. Brilliant buy!

Communication! There was good communication between the delivery team and us . That is important . Nothing more frustrating than a shoddy delivery . Nobody likes taking a day off work for a delivery and it not happen. Apart from the faux pas in charging my wife twice for the chair , it was a good experience. We’ve used other furniture suppliers before and scs was the best . Very welcoming showroom staff too . Sofa feels well made , good sturdy quality which gives confidence for the years of use to come . Very happy

Poltronesofa's products look and feel quite unique compared to what's on the market and offered from their "sofa competitors".

Very happy with the service both in store and during the delivery and assembly process.

Albeit a bit slow ETA (~16weeks) our sofa was delivered in 14weeks.
While still a bit on the slow side it was a nice surprise!
I would prefer expectations set this way and then improved rather than constant "product delayed" messages on an unrealistically quick delivery.
