Good service and communication throughout ordering and delivery

The shop staff have been fantastic.

Sadly, the new sofa arrived yesterday and the two men built it up in my living room.

No sooner had they gone, I went back in the room and immediately spotted a 10cm abrasion on the front of one of my main cushion fronts. GUTTED!!!

I’ve sent a contact form in with pictures and am told I should hear back in three working days.

I didn’t expect to be sent a damaged sofa that’s just cost me a months hard earnt wages!!

I shall await to see how good this companies after care is.

Staff very friendly. Helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. We went back 3 time before we brought our 2 sofas. We asked lotsof question and all answered. Quality and choice of sofas and fabrics excellent. Good staff correspondence, polite and knowledgeable

Went into Rotherham store near Park gate, and was amazed at the showroom with plenty suites to pick from, as we would not have shopped in SCS for anything as they didn't have a good reputation in furniture .Sean the young salesman was very helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. We loved a suite, but not colour and we where able to pick the material we wanted and the colour, which was ideal for us. The furniture is not cheap so we hope it is going to be as good as they say and looking forward to receiving it

We called into the store at Parkgate retail World, Rotherham and was greeted by a young chap called Nathan who was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable he made us feel at ease and found us exactly what we wanted! We can't thank the guy enough he was great and the suite is to die for, we are both extremely happy and so glad we called in at Poltronesofas 👍😀

Delivery was great and the sofa is Lovely. The main issue I have is that I have been charged for delivery yet there has been offers on since I purchased my sofa with free delivery. I called to ask about this but I was told that is ordered my sofa now and nothing could be done. Other companies honour new deals prior to delivery - you should do the same.
