From entering the shop to leaving it we were very happy with the service, we were offered options of colours till we chose the right one for us, very professional and explained delivery to us

The staff were extremely helpful. I found the furniture I wanted and was able to order it in the exact colour I was looking for. There was also on offer, free delivery and interest free finance which I was able to take advantage of. I would definitely recommend this company.

Really enjoyed visiting your store at Giltbrook retail park. Loved being greeted in Italian as I walked into the store. Staff member who helped us was visiting from another store, he was very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us, gave him our sofa sizes and he showed us everything you do in that size. Walked us around looking at colours. Bought 2 sofas. Would recommend this company to everyone. Staff not pushy but extremely helpful and knowledgeable .

We were pleased with the sofa we have ordered and decided to order a chair .I had a change of mind about the material after I had already ordered it ,but the staff were very helpful in making the changes for me ,it was no problem for them .Thankyou

Form the first visit to when we ordered a new sofa the service from the shop sales man was outstanding, they made you felt comfortable and valued at the same time Leaving you alone to see for yourself what different styles there was, when we made the discussion to purchase we was helped and made to understand any changes and upgrades could be made. This is the second time buying from Scs and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Aaron who served us could not have been more helpful explaining everything clearly not at all pushy left us to browse and make our own mind up on what we liked and then went through all the options and fabric choices

Aaron who helped us was very knowledgable about the sofa we had chosed.
He is kind, respectful and a lovely chap to talk to. There was no pressure put on us at all.

Staff didn’t hassle us when we entered the building which was brilliant said hello and just let us walk round at leisure . When we did pick a sofa Liam who attended to us was very nice and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend too friends and family .

Delivered on time by two guys who knew what they were doing !

Arrived on time and the 2 men who delivered it were polite and professional.
However, since I have used the recliner the backs of the sofa are not flush,one side is slightly higher than the other and the seat slightly more forward when not in use.
Although this is not a huge problem I am finding it irritating. Can this be rectified without it being returned to the factory?
