The store staff and the delivery team were fantastic very friendly and helpful the delivery team were excellent put the sofa where I wanted it which I could say the same for the customer service if you phone them I was told there’s a wait of over one &half hours wait or longer

I have received a call today to say that they will not be able to deliver on the date arranged( 27th January). After two weeks waiting and paying over a £ 100 for delivery I find that as a company they in in breach of contract.
Very poor service, I will not buy anything from them again.

This store lost out on a sale today.
They give you no time to look around and follow you around the store.
Some polite stuff, but the foreign lady who stalked us around the store was too much and clearly needing her commission. I felt completely over whelmed.
I had gone in with the view of purchasing an item, but lost it in my online basket, so couldn't find it. One lady asked 'are you sure it's SCS', it was, but left feeling an idiot and was pushed into another store where we purchased the whole thing.
One gentleman attempted to help, but the hoovering lady made it clear she had spoken/jumped us, so he didn't get her commission.
Twice we've had this in this store.

Kieran was brilliant with us, took time to listen, answered our constant questions, made suggestions without being at all pushy and he was extremely patient. We took 3 visits to finally decide on our choices and each time he took the time to help rather than sell. The shop is also very well laid out, we liked the mix and match approach and have to admit commented on the fragrant air conditioning.

From the showroom to delivery, the service has been fantastic. My beautiful new sofa was delivered today by Taylor and Chris, good communication and arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. Made sure I was happy with positioning of the sofa and took away all the wrapping.

We were served by Keiran in your Norwich branch who went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the product. In all we had a very pleasant experience.

This was the second time we visited the store. The first time Elizabeth F the adviser talked us through all the options, different materials and philosophy of the store. There was no pressure to buy on the day but when we returned a month later, she immediately recognised us and we revisited options, given sound information and we bought the sofas. Professional, personable, knowledgeable and buyer focussed, took all the pressure off buying the sofa. We also loved the sofas!

After a warm welcome from all staff we were assisted by Elisabeth. Once we had chosen the style of sofa’s we liked nothing was too much trouble, from finding the correct fabric to explaining the care packages and estimated delivery time. We would recommend SCS for the good thorough service and quality of product.

We were very impressed by the service we received from Kieron. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs and explained everything so well.We had an idea what we were looking for, but Kieron explained the way colours and materials could be used across the range. We were extremely happy with the purchase.

We had excellent customer service at the store during the waiting period we were kept informed. Delivered on time and by exceptional delivery men who went above and beyond for us. The furniture is just perfect

We were shopping were sofas, and were up front about the fact we would be visiting other stores before we made our decision.
Elizabeth helped us with information and details of the sofas we looked at offering advice and showing us swatches.
Once we'd had a good look around the other stores we returned to SCS where we went through the processes of ordering the sofas, talking about delivery, how to pay etc. Elizabeth looked after us, answered our questions and was extremely helpful. We were happy with our choice and experience within the shop and would recommend.

We came in and spend all day looking at all the sofa places along the sprowston shopping centre in Norwich and kept going into the SCS there. Elizabeth after our final visit was excellent we asked her to show us all the sofas we were looking for and she took us to all of them and finally made a decision with a corner sofa that ticked all our boxes. She really made it easy for us to decide on which one to get and thanks to her, we're expecting our sofa by the end of March.

Due to wanting the sofa delivering outside the UK, the team (Ellen and Kieran) went above and beyond to make it happen and provide us with technical information required for onward transportation. Nothing was too big or small and they were in constant communication to assist. Really great customer service. Still awaiting on sofa so cannot comment on that yet.

Favour, the assistant who greeted us, and followed us through the whole process was great. Nothing was too much trouble.

It seems SCS spend all of their money upfront on their sales team (who to be fair were good) and not on people to manufacture and deliver sofas. Ultimately the company has lied to us and by the looks of the Facebook group I have found dedicated to SCS complaints, several thousands of other customers.

We ordered a sofa in October, were told it was guaranteed before Christmas. The estimated delivery date has since passed, and we then get a phone call saying it won’t be here until the end of December. At the time I was offered the £100 delivery charge back, not particularly helpful when that was added to the credit agreement. I thought the delivery charge was a bit of a joke in the first place, considering how much it costs! Clearly a company happy to profit from people’s money and make promises they can’t keep. DO NOT USE!

We were advised of the expected delivery date a few days in advance. That was followed by an estimated time window during the evening before, and then on the day we were updated as to time, and called by the team a short while before they arrived. The team took photos of the spot in which the sofa would be placed, then brought it into the house. All packaging was removed and taken away, and their time on site was no more than 20 minutes start to finish.
The team were friendly, and carried out the delivery with a minimum of fuss.
