Paul the salesman at the Grimsby branch was very helpful and explained all the different options within your products when buying our bed sofa

The staff were very informative and attentive. I loved the amazing aircon and chilled water on a very hot day. The abundant sofa choices and the quality of style and fabrics left us spoilt for choice
Martin the sale person on the day answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the products in store and allowed us to browse at our leisure.
He gave us all the information we needed to go back home & measure up then once we were happy we continued the transaction over the phone with Martin.
The only slight hiccup we had was that we chose a different chair to the sofa but wanted both items in the same fabric, but because this was a new fabric connected to the new range we had to wait a week for it to be added to your system before the order could be amended. During this time we had regular feedback from Martin, where he assured us that they were checking it daily and as soon as the new fabric became available to input into their system they would inform us, and forward the amended invoice, which they did. Both Martin and Paul from the Grimsby branch are a credit to your store for their perseverance and customer service skills in rectifying this problem.

the guys who installed the sofa were excellent but they installed three of the legs black ( we ordered ash ) the rest are ash. now this sofa is in the centre of an open plan room so it looks awful and is not acceptable.
they need replacing.

Store when buying were very good delivery was awful broken leg on the sofa and we had brought 2 sofa but only one delivered poor communication from delivery men just told us well call the store

Also took full advantage of there 0% finance deal I did put £700 deposit but didn’t have to put a penny down
