Carys was the very helpful sales lady at the St Oswald's store in Gloucester who processed our purchase. There was no pressure and she took us through the various options of our purchase in a very friendly way and informative way.

Kept informed of delivery times.Delivery was on time as expected. Dai & Scott who delivered our chair was friendly & helpful. Well done both.

Told our sofa was going to be delivered today, we have waited and even had our old sofa taken away this morning. No call, no text and the customer service enquiry line was useless with an automated voice telling us it was up to 156 minutes to talk to an agent!!! We regret buying our sofa with this company, awful communication and not honouring the delivery date is unacceptable!

Terrible lack of customer service, false advertising, false promises to keep you happy and stop requesting a refund, then refuse to honour what was said in conversations, furniture damaged on transport, missed two delivery dates, no communication between staff.

Excellent staff who went above and beyond with our needs. Even gave us extra discount and free delivery so extra bonus.

Firstly the staff in the showroom were really nice, very helpful and had no problem with us wandering round and trying everything. When we found what we wanted the paperwork was easy enough. It was later we found out they had only added one name despite checking twice, which meant that only one could sort out the delivery, which became quite a farce, very frustrating and nearly resulted in a cancelled order! Eventually all sorted. The delivery crew Russell and Simon were great, very friendly, very helpful and polite so thank you to them

Reasonable expected delivery time which we knew would be after Christmas. When it came to the day of delivery we had regular updates on the time of delivery. David and Scott delivered on time. It was all delivered quickly and they were friendly

Carys was very helpful in answering all questions quickly and honestly. This resulted in the purchase of two sofas, having initially only visited to look at options.

Looked at sofas a few days before. Went home to do some measuring up. Made appointment on line to speak to same lady. Very helpful and patient. Clearly explained everything and sorted out order.

So to start your website is rubbish. Keeps going back to beginning so can’t see what you sell. Couldn’t even get dimensions as it cut out. Even tried to book an appointment, as if you do, you get £50 off the sale. The manager wouldn’t even come down in price by another £50. So not really impressed.
Saying that, they are very lucky to have a young lady as nice as Carys. She served us and was very knowledgeable about the item we were buying. She double checked our order, was very polite, happy and helpful. She apologised for the website repeatedly, even though it wasn’t her fault.
This was our 4th day of looking and finally deciding on the Hadleigh corner suite.
We hope when we get this sofa we will be just as satisfied as we were in the shop. They are having a refit at the moment so lots of gaps where suites would go, but that didn’t disway Cary’s from helping us find the one.

Update on my experience with scs After receiving my furniture back in August 24 faults were found on delivery and now in January 25 I am still waiting for scs to fix them. I have tried to phone them but the queue was an hour wait!! I have now emailed them ( no response to date) The Repairers sent out last.September have now emailed to say it could be another month before they can arrange the repairs. Very, Very disappointed!!! Now looking at my legal rights.

Bought a ex display chair in store payed and was told a week for delivery on November 30! Its now December the 27 still no delivery no reply's to emails and a 2hr wait on the help to be cut off when the help person answered! Absolutely ridiculous! I doubt we would ever buy off SCS again.

28th Dec Ive updated since the call off SCS because they was very apologetic and gave us a delivery date but only after writing this review which is a shame fingers crossed everything will go well and ill update again…. Delivery date has come, no phone call! no delivery slot! and no delivery! after waiting all day sat aimlessly looking out of the window just in case but nothing! Guess SCS just wanted a better review but couldn’t actually deliver on their promises! Ive rung the “help line” that they left in their reply to be told its an 163min wait! Lol what a joke how many people a calling regarding problems?
