Went to the Gloucester Store and was greeted by a lovely woman called Karen , she left us alone to look for ourselves, which was great rather than being pestered all the time , she then made everything so easy for us , it was a pleasure shopping trip.

Advance notice of when the sofas were going to arrive and updates leading to a precise time of delivery. Setting up sofas in correct positions and removing packaging, leaving the room neat and tidy. Dai and Lee were polite and courteous throughout.

New Sofa
The experience of buying a new sofa in the Gloucester store was impressive.
All of the staff were friendly and happy to help, especially Nicola who completed the transaction for us. She was knowledgeable on the product details and had a lovely friendly manner.
