What a very easy process. Lovely store, really friendly staff, but not overly on top of you as soon as you come in. You just know they're there if you need them, but not hounding you, giving you an opportunity to just wander around with a feeling of being pressurised.

Great selection of sofas and really good prices. Couldn't believe the prices, to be honest. They're really, really good. Had no intention of actually buying a sofa today, but walked out and had bought a sofa, and it wasn't from pressure from the team. It was just a lovely sofa, great price, fantastic promotion they had on this weekend, and can't recommend them highly enough.

Delivery is seemingly going to be in six weeks, so thanks again, team.

Neil was very knowledgeable & gave us great service. Felt very welcomed in the store.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Left to browse the store in piece. Neil was extremely helpful and we felt comfortable with him.

From the minute we went into the shop Kenny helped us. Kenny never hurried us and once we picked what we wanted he could not do enough for us to pick the right colour. I was just out of hospital and was on two crutches which made this experience very good for me as Kenny was such a caring person and nothing was a bother to him. The suite arrived two weeks early which the delivery crew kept in touch. The men brought the suite in and were very pleasant. I had to pick a colour from a chart but I am so delighted with the suite and colour.

All the steps in choosing a sofa for our needs at the local store then keeping in touch with timetable for delivery and the v effective communication around the delivery date plus setting up the sofa in our room by 2 very pleasant young men went smoothly. So a very efficient stress free process from start to finish.
