Efficient and speedy delivery and installation of our furniture

Upon visiting scs in farnborough, we were greated by Mary, we told her what we were looking for, she showed us around.with her excellent knowledge she explained everything, the sofa we choice.Even Owen was brilliant sorted out the financial side.

The store was in Farnborough Surrey. We were greeted by Jack....what an amazing guy! So welcoming, so knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He was chatty and friendly and even stayed beyond his working hours to seal the deal. Great guy a true asset. He deserves a pay rise...well done Jack.

Very good communication and helpful hints on where to look for what we wanted. There is a good selection of sofas on show and we were pleased to learn that pretty much any of these could be made in any of the very large selection of fabrics and leather on display throughout the store.

This is the second sofa brought and im loving it more than the first one shop staff are very friendly just a bit concerned its been set up for us but all the seat are tight together but the end that is not the recliner moves like its not joined properly and the others dont delivery people were very good and cleared up after themselves very polite

The team at the store were brilliant, super helpful and lead us to something that exactly ticked all the boxes.

Delivery was painless and easy to arrange - only docked one star because the online order tracking / progress updates was poor and wrong, so had to ring the store every time I wanted to know what was going on.

Overall though very happy with the sofa and the whole experience

Took off there shoes and assembled our 2 chairs
Took the packaging away
