Zowy she was so helpful and as we were looking around she asked can she help us we said just looking but then we found a sofa and chairs that we liked so we spoke to Zowy
and she helped us and she asked us if we wanted a cold drink which we said yes

I was kept in formed & updated on my delivery time & when my furniture arrived the delivery men were very friendly, polite & helpful.

Our Sales person was Zelda at the Colchester branch, excellent products knowledge. She showed us suitable sofas for our stature, the seat depth being the most challenging issue! We went away, thought things through, no pushy sales techniques and we were back to place our order! Everything from insurance, finance & delivery was discussed in detail. … we feel very happy with our decision … now all we need is in move date to our new home 🏠

Delivery earlier than expectation set by sales person and early delivery on the day rather than late afternoon. Staff in the day were very polite, and careful.

The communication was excellent, they let me know the day before and phoned me to say they were 40 minutes away. They managed to get the sofas into the lounge with care and professionalism. They set the sofas up where we need them, sorted out the plugs for the raised leg mechanism. They were polite and courteous. I offered them a drink but they said no because the company track where they are and they cannot stay too long at any of the houses. That is a shame given how hot the day was when they delivered

From payment (Feb) to getting the chair (June) was too long but pleased with it now it’s here.

Guy that delivered the sofa were amazing but the quality of the sofa is a absolute let down not happy at all after what we paid and as usual once scs have delivered you can't contact them to tell them about the faults,have been trying all day

We were left to have a good look round no one pushed us it was great when we were ready to order the guy was so polite and helpful couldn’t ask for more
