Greeted by a member of staff who explained the shop layout, furniture and fabrics etc. then left us to peruse. Plenty of choice. The lady continued to check with us occasionally without being pushy. Provided a quote quickly. No hard sell. Pleasant experience.

Amy at Greyhound park in Chester dealt with us perfectly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble she found lager pieces of fabric that gave us a better appreciation of how the furniture would look with different cushions.

Really helpful staff who were knowledgable about the products. We didn’t feel rushed despite them having some staff off that day and young lady who helped us was excellent. We are looking forward to getting our new sofas. The delivery time was longer than we expected (3months) but it was explained that they are are to order so we were happy to wait.
