Andy and Liam (Cheltenham branch) were fantastic from the start of our discussion, to the follow up visits and when placing our order. They went above and beyond to help us find our perfect sofas. Great service in the store, knowledge team in the Cheltenham store, product arrived pre target stated date. The tracking delivery app was most informative, the guys were polite and knowledgeable re the installation. All of the shipping boxes were taken away as part of the service.
Would recommend without hesitation.

This company has been rebranded and taken over SCS. Their quality of sofas are questionable and the worst level of aftercare service of any company. The new name masks the previous severe failings of SCS. After only 6 months serious defect discovered however they refused to come and examine the issue despite having purchased the warranty. Do not even consider these if you are looking for quality and in particular aftercare service

Very helpful member of staff attended to us. Just the right amount of Friendly. Found furniture that matched my brief and budget, which was great.

Only frawback to our visit was that we had a baby with us and unfortunately there is no lift access to the upper floor which meant having to disturb the child, leave the push chair on the ground floor and carry which is not ideal when trying to buy furniture which requires one to sit on.
Not a negative as far as the furniture quality goes but is a negative compared to other stores we visited.

Liam was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Not at all pushy. My daughter and I wandered around the Cheltenham store at our leisure, trying all all the different options for sofas, when we had made our decision, Liam went through the finer details with us, made various suggestions which we hadn’t thought of and made sure everything was in order before the deal was finalised.
I was very impressed with service we received.

They arrived on time and were very polite and friendly and put our furniture together quickly and showed us how the sofas worked and how to recharge etc. Very pleased with the outcome.

Great customer service, communication and easy delivery

Punctuality aided by vehicle tracking system. Plus a very efficient team who took less than 30 minutes to complete assembly.

My partner and I came into find a sofa for our new flat. Liam and Andy were great. We went in and they were attentive and showed us the sofas that matched what we were looking for. They were not pushy, and were friendly and knowledgeable.

We then came back later on to buy the sofa after looking at other places. They were once again very friendly and gave us water which was great as it was a hot day. They were very accommodating to our needs, and very patient with us after I had to go home to get my physical card from home to pay. If you are looking for a new sofa then definitely have a look around Poltronesofa. And the sofa we got was very comfy.

We visited the kings ditch retail park in Cheltenham looking for the Belford corner sofa we’d previously seen in the Gloucester branch of scs. We were approached by Andy, very nice man who allowed us to browse with no pressure to purchase anything. We found the sofa we were looking for and immediately Andy came over to apologise as there were a few customers in and only 2 staff. He left us to test the sofa, measure it and to discuss fabric. We decided on the colour shown in store, he gave great advice on what would look nice with our colour scheme and we decided to follow on with the purchase. Very polite, courteous, we were offered drinks but declined. We would recommend this store and Andy, brilliant member of staff. Thank you!
