Salesman appeared knowledgeable and helpful and was willing to warn us against some options to avoid disappointment. This gave us more confidence with our selection.

We were greeted by Denise on entry, she explained all about the sofas and we had a look around. We found it difficult choosing a sofa as they were all so stylish. Eventually we decided , and Denise was there to guide us through , we were so happy we chose scs.

Vicky was really helpful as we looked round the impressive showroom and we didn’t feel under pressure to make a quick decision.

Lovely staff said hello when we entered the showroom, then left us to browse. We asked about sizes and were given a tape measure, and told we could keep it whether we buy or not. Once we’d found what we wanted, a lovely member of the team sat with us to go through everything. She was lovely!

We were greeted upon entering by nigel and told about what options were available to us and also taken round and assisted with finding the right sofa. He explained the process , price and delivery information.

Staff were friendly but not pushy or making a nuisance of themselves by constantly hovering round whilst we looked.

Once we had chosen the staff member as helpful in helping us to choose the type of leather which would best suit our needs.

I think it would be better if the review was requested after the delivery of the product though.

There was no pressure buy the sales team we could walk round at our leisure looking and when we needed help or advise the sale staff were on hand to explain all our options.

I visited the Cannock branch on 18th April. Nigel helped us and I found the whole experience relaxing and overall great. He was patient, kind and funny. I don’t live in this area and was intending on buying sofa closer to home but because of Nigel I bought there and then.

The staff explained the different styles and colours and choices of leather or fabric also explained we could alter the chairs by leaving the rocker function off our order,they didn't pressure us to make a purchase, they were happy to answer our questions at all time's

Approached at door by friendly member of staff who listened to what we wanted and she showed us suites to suit our needs and we found the process of buying ehat we wanted quick and simple.

Delivery arrived only one of the 3 items on board
So order is not complete no further info yet despite calling support Number and store!

Update! 7.3.26 Second attempt to deliver missing items - same incorrect sofas redelivered and returned! Unbelievable!

FirSt question I asked when walking into SCS was are you anything to do with DFS. no was the answer I got. Well seems not only are they usless they're also liers. DFS are all part of SCS. SO anyway ordered a sofa from this usless company. We get to delivery date and got message saying the two crew Carl & Marc will be at my house between 07.15 & 07.45 well its 10.am and still no sign of them they can now forget any tip they were hoping to get.. why send a message when they knew dam well the time wasn't going to be kept too. Utterly useless.
