Missing items from delivery. The delivery men said they weren't given the glides to deliver and would report it. The electronic delivery confirmation was given to me to sign at the bottom. No opportunity given to read the document. Received an email copy and was shocked to see the glides had been successfully delivered. Used the contact form to raise my concerns and haven't heard anything a week later. Terrible customer service.

The delivery process was great, I was contacted the day before delivery via text giving me a window of delivery, then on the morning I received a text with an approx one hour delivery slot. This was followed by a phone call from the delivery crew telling me the actual approximate delivery time. The crew that arrived were friendly and professional and careful of the house whilst delivering, the put the furniture together, tested everything and showed me how everything operated. They cleaned up all the rubbish and removed it from the house.

The suite is absolutely beautiful it arruved on time and on the day promised. The two men who deluvered it were really great so fruendly helpful and so careful also real experts at what they do. I cannot praise the whole experience enough from start to finish could not ask for a better company and a wonderful beautifully made suite. Thank you all

The service at the Bradford store was great. Polite helped where needed. Explained about everything. Lovely friendly staff. Knew how to make a sale comfortable.

We found exactly to sofa we wanted with the help of Jason. Really knew his stuff and helped us pick what we needed also didn't make us feel pressured into buying.

All my furniture was expertly delivered with full tracking and delivery men took photos in our house where it was being put
And all packages were taken away by delivery men

I am really happy with my experience at SCS in Bradford. I purchased a sofa for my family that we absolutely love for a great price, and the whole process was really smooth.

I want to give a huge thank you to the delivery men as well, who transported the sofa in perfect condition to my home. They were friendly, helpful, and had everything brought in and put together in no time. They made the delivery completely stress-free for us.

Well laid out store, plenty to choose from and good to see sofas in the different fabrics.
Went to Bradford store and looked after by Naina (think I gave spelled it right) who was very helpful, even made us coffee whilst deciding.

Great service the delivery men were professional, and so helpful and didn't mess about both sofas in no problem even though it was a bit tricky, highly recommend in fact my parents have just order a new sofa today following my experience.

Extremely helpfull staff. Went to Leeds got a better deal but went back to Bradford to order because of the staff/service.

The welcome greeting was lovely and relaxed, not rushed or over powering, just right. The atmosphere in the new store layout is extremely welcoming, with the added scents in the air system creating the right ambiance, the layouts lighting and colour schemes work so well. Both the Manager Mohamed and his trainee Pat were extremely easy to engage with showing great knowledge on the products materials and their construction. Pat was clearly a very quick gifted learner, as his knowledge after such a short period from joining the business was phenomanel, and had the pleasure of advising Mohamed of this and congratulation on being a good trainer as well as putting together a very good team in the store.
The uniforms are bang on too, smart whilst relaxed and uniformed with owners looks in the adverts, creating an impression of a work shop in the back.
All in all great service, great communication and a thoroughly enjoyable experience, that I would happily undertake again. Even better was it was all about sofas and suites, no other distractions of other furniture.
