We are very pleased with our sofas, very comfortable and well made. The 2 men that delivered, were very nice and assembled my sofa and positioned it for me and ensured i was happy before they left.

I had a really excellent experience from start to finish at poltronesofà in Aberdeen.

Michael greeted me with a cheerful “ciao” and took the time to explain how poltronesofà works. Rather than simply choosing a sofa exactly as you see it in the showroom, you can choose the style you like and then tailor it with your preferred fabric or leather and colour. It gives you far more flexibility than I had expected.

I was looking for something quite specific — a relatively small sofa to fit into a fixed space — and Michael was extremely patient. He took me around the options that would work, talked me through the different choices and then managed to make my preferred sofa work for the space I had available.

At no point did I feel rushed or pushed towards anything. The service from beginning to end was excellent, and the whole process was very easy.

I would thoroughly recommend the Aberdeen store and, in particular, Michael. Friendly conversation, witty throughout and clearly very experienced at what he does. A genuinely first-class customer experience.

Lisa made our sofa shopping experience amazing from start to finish. Super friendly and super attentive. In 20 mins we bought a 3 seater and chair in beautiful fabric. Will go back if we need another

Also explained all payment options if we would like finance as it was 0% or pay outright,

We had a fantastic experience buying our sofa at Poltrone Aberdeen, thanks to the excellent service we received. Our salesman Michael was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out was the way he engaged with our children, making them feel included in the experience and genuinely interested in choosing the sofa with us. His warm, approachable manner made the whole process enjoyable for the entire family. We couldn’t be happier with both the service and our new sofa. Highly recommended!

Great service

Extremely helpful experience at the aberdeen store. I would recommend anyone looking for a comprehensive experience when buying furniture, visit the store. I have existing furniture in a hard to find colour and was able to buy a recliner chair in the exact shade I required.

The furniture staff were very helpful. The furniture was delivered when expected.
Unfortunately part of the 3 piece suite was the wrong material.. we had to accept the wrong item pending a replacement.. We have heard nothing from Poltronesofa since. Hears hoping we don't have to wait too long.

Sales assistant was very friendly and helpful and able to point me in the right direction for what I was looking for.
