I've tried to add the tags to my videofone, it didn't work, even though I followed exact instructions. One of your support staff instructed me to order tags, because they are compatible ... it seems not :(

H'Access App out of date. Google store says it is too old for current android.
Bought HWay MBA0088 but Google Store says "H'access" App is too old to work on my phone. My phone is 4 yrs old. Cannot operate HWay gate system with my phone even though this is why i bought this item. SCS Sentinel need to update the App or stop advertising that it works on current android phones.

I have the same problem of wanting my gates to open outwards. I have an Opengate 1 which I bought directly from their website, but I cannot find the accessory anywhere on SCS's website. I have hunted everywhere on their website but nothing. Why is this not published on their website and one can order it directly from their website. Do I have to call their premium help line for this information?
On their website they ask you to contact their premium telephone number or use online chat, but there is no link for the chat service. So, I have bought a product which I can't use and for which I have to pay extra. When buying this product there was no mention that my requirement for outward opening would have an additional cost.

Frozen in first week!
Door opener is installed 1 week now. Door opener was frozen and got stuck at -1 degrees!!!!
Did not get a mail after purchace. And further comminucation is only in French...
