I had a fantastic experience at Scrivens Opticians in Rugeley today and wanted to thank the whole team for their exceptional care and service.

Priah carried out my eye test and was professional, thorough, and put me completely at ease throughout. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to make me feel comfortable. They were incredibly patient and helpful when it came to choosing the right glasses, offering advice and support without any pressure.

The level of customer care I received was outstanding, and it was clear that the team truly values their patients. I left feeling confident that I had received the very best service. I would highly recommend Scrivens Opticians in Rugeley to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and caring experience. Thank you to Priah and the whole team for making my visit such a positive one.

I am due for replacement NHS hearing aids and I have been waiting for months for an appointment with Scrivens, Havant, Hampshire. My current NHS aids are useless because they are very muffled and there is a lot of white noise. Scrivens say they cannot service these aids because they do not have the necessary software. This problem is seriously affecting my quality of life, but they insist they have no appointments available for months. However they regularly advertise their hearing services for new customers. All these positive reviews are probably from people who spend money. They only claim to provide NHS services and I only wish I had a choice to go somewhere else. I also wear glasses, but would never use this company due to the poor service I have received as an NHS hearing services patient.

Our local NHS Trust have farmed out hearing assessments and I chose my local Scrivens Branch. Didn’t expect much but the whole experience was professional and supremely competent. No pressure to upgrade to a more expensive option than the latest free offering from the NHS and am delighted at the improvement in my hearing. Highly recommend - just need a volume switch for the people in the office now …

Had an excellent thorough hearing test at Scrivens in Witney. Everything was explained as to what was happening. New hearing aids more upto date. Would highly recommend the gentleman.

I attended scrivens optictans at Oxley wolverhampton for my yearly eye check.
The staff were very proffestionlal in what they did and treated me with respect.

Staff at Ripley Derbyshire shop always helpful and friendly,had some new hearing aids and I am delighted with them.

Went as both part of routine and because I suspected by eyes had gotten worse. All the staff were lovely (especially since I don’t know a lot about the process since I am still newish to having glasses). Was able to address both the problems I had been worrying about, while not feeling pressured to by more expensive stuff than needed.

Excellent team and optician is wonderful I would thoroughly recommend to be seen by them. Couldn’t praise them enough

It was our first time visiting this store on Saturday 13th June and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The staff members Lucy and Liz at the Swadlincote branch are wonderful. My glasses lost a screw and the lens fell out in Chapel en le frith high street. The lady in Scrivens couldn't have been kinder, absolutely super, and fixed them for me. (unfortunately I sat on them two hours later....so I've booked an appointment for a new pair with Scrivens!)

From the time I entered the store in tonbridge to the time I left I was totally taken of. Harry the audiologist was very informative. I actually walked out with 2 hearing aids, no hospital referral and a happy wife as I can now hear her. The lady who sorted all of the extras out was great too. I would recommend seeing Harry and the team for all hearing problems they were wonderful
