Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant! Easy to fit, great statement piece, lighting up a roof terrace. Delivery, fitting, effect and ease of use, all perfect. It's certainly a wow feature. I couldn't be happier with this LED light screen.

Good Morning Laura
I hope you are well.
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback!
Firstly, please accept our utmost apologies for the condition your Screen arrived in. Please be assured that all orders are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch from our on-site warehousing facility, and our team take great pride in all of the parcels - ensuring they leave us in perfect condition!
I can only assume your parcel has been damaged in transit, which is a huge surprise as our Screens are exceptionally well packaged with reinforced corners, side supports and foam inserts.
However, we would of course like to rectify this for you,
If you would like to call me on 01753 652 555 I will get a replacement arranged!
I will also follow up shortly with an email, in case you do not see this.
Kind Regards,
Sean
