I have had three Scoville pans
I have had three Scoville pans, 1 frying pan and 2 saute pans. the saute pan started to stick after a few months and was replaced by place of purchase, but the new one has done exactly the same as has the frying pan.. i contacted Scoville direct and they asked for pictures which i sent but the reply i got was a bit stupid really saying you cant use the pans on a high heat here is there reply "Non-stick cookware is not designed to be used on high heats and this is not unique to Scoville. To counter this, we construct our pans from aluminium which conducts and retains heat better than the likes of stainless-steel or cast iron cookware. This means that you can use your Scoville cookware on a medium-low heat and achieve the same results as you would on a higher heat in other cookware." I use these on an induction cooker so cant see how high heat can harm them, i replied and told them they need to put on the packaging "not suitable for high heat" !!!!!!!!!!!!!

As mentioned by our customer service team, our non-stick cookware is designed to deliver excellent results on low to medium heat. On induction hobs, higher settings can cause pans to heat very quickly, which over time may affect the performance of the non-stick coating.

An amazing company
An amazing company. My frying pan was 5 years old and been used alot. It he'd begun to lose its non stick. Contacted the company for the guarentee. In 5 days I had my brand new pan. The pans themselves are great.

Roasting Pan Issue.

Knive set purchased just prior to Christmas.
One knife has failed within this time which was sold exclusively via Asda's.
Made contact with Scoville requesting a replacement knife (not a set).
Sorry but you didn't help. This was an exclusive buy. The price of the set should see they last the year at least.
The quality is generally good but unless a replacement is honoured I won't be buying or recommending these products again.

Scoville Neverstick pans
I bought two Scoville Neverstick pans, one a frying pan, the other a Wok, through Amazon. I was so happy to receive them and do love the Scoville Neverstick as it seems a good, tough non-stick surface and cleans up quickly and beautifully. I’ve been using them for quite a long time now and they still look new - and I’ve been using my son and daughter-in-law’s saucepans for even longer. I’m so impressed with them. I am now thinking about buying the set of saucepans.

Pan deformed/changed shape after a very…
Pan deformed/changed shape after a very short period of time after purchase. I bought it from Sainsbury's in April. After a few use, I noticed that the square shaped steak pan started to curl up on the corner. I wish I can take a photo here but it looks really strange. Now the pan wobbles on the hob as the bottom is no longer flat.
Cheap material used that doesn't stand the heat of a quality Miele induction hob.

Amazing customer service to go with great saucepans!
Really friendly and helpful customer advisor. We went from using our saucepans on a gas hob to an induction hob since moving house and I think years of use on gas may have damaged the bottom of the pans, resulting in a poor connection with the new induction hob.
A couple of emails and photos of pans were exchanged and the decision to replace them was made.
Can't fault them at all, our Neverstick pans have been a staple in our kitchen for about 7/8 years and this is the first time I've even thought about using the lifetime guarantee and safe to say I'm very impressed.
Really happy with the quality of products, (we've got pans, oven dishes, cake tins and chopping boards and they're all great) the customer service and help is probably even better than the products would highly recommend.
