Crooks
Crooks. Basically stole my money delivered late when i paid for express. Claims said leave at porch which i didnt . They said dint deliver as i wasnt in but the came back when i wasnt in an left it i was away a long weekend and was stolen. Got a tough luck so im down 100 quid didnt get my top. They have stole my money . Much better companys out there for your gold stuff.

Absolutely appalling customer service
Really disappointed with Scottsdale Golf and, after this experience, I’d seriously think twice before ordering from them again.
I bought a pair of G/FORE golf shoes which, after only four rounds of golf, were already falling apart. The insoles were deteriorating, several studs had broken and the shoe itself was starting to come away from the sole. For a supposedly premium pair of golf shoes, the quality was nowhere near acceptable.
The faulty shoes were returned and a refund was agreed, yet I’m now approaching a MONTH later and I still haven’t received my money back.
There’s really no excuse for a refund taking this long once faulty goods have been returned. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing a retailer just to get my own money back for a product that clearly wasn’t fit for purpose.
What makes it worse is that this whole situation started because I was sold an expensive pair of shoes that failed after four rounds, and instead of the issue being dealt with quickly and professionally, I’ve then been left waiting weeks for the refund as well.
Faulty product, ridiculously slow refund process and a really poor customer experience from start to finish.
I’ve bought plenty of golf equipment over the years, but this experience has seriously put me off using Scottsdale Golf again.
Nearly a month to refund a customer for faulty goods is simply unacceptable.
