My company paid cash for a new Chevy 6…

My company paid cash for a new Chevy 6 weeks ago. Matteo the salesperson was very persistent in collecting documentation. However the dealership was unable to find the 2nd key. Since the date of sale, they have been radio-silent ignoring calls and texts requesting the second key as well as the title, which should have been provided by now. When I called today for the 5th or 6th time and was frustrated (but used no bad language or personal insults) the lady at the sales desk hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on my again. These people are both untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.
