Hoe moeilijk is het om antwoord te geven

OP 19/4 een bestelling van 165,00 gedaan via AboutYou. Dit bedrijf blijkt een partner te zijn. Volgens DHL is er op 19/4 een digitale aanmelding gedaan maar daar bleef het bij. Een mail gestuurd aan AboutYou geeft alleen maar een standaard reply dus zelf gemaild naar Schuhvolk. Geen antwoord dus. Gevraagd of het veel moeite kost om antwoord te geven, geen reactie. Telefoon wordt uiteraard niet opgenomen. Ineens na mijn bericht een beetje activiteit bij DHL maar vanaf 25/4 om 05:07 staat het blijkbaar ergens in Hagen. Nog steeds geen antwoord gehad. Ook lijkt AboutYou iets van Otto te zijn. Ook niet zo'n beste. Hoera pakket is binnen maar niet dankzij inspanning van dit bedrijf of van About You. Hoog tijd dat deze bedrijven leren wat communiceren is.
