No feedback on communication at all!
Unfortunately I did not check Trustpilot before ordering from Shuhhaus Heller via Amazon.
I ordered a pair of Ecco Grainer full leather boots. The shoes are great from fit and comfort, but I had an issue with the leather/color. After contacting Ecco directly, I contacted the seller directly, but like the others here, I never got any form of response.
I hope future interested people will first check Trustpilot, but as they mainly sell over Amazon and Zalando I'm afraid this will not happen. Therefore I can only ask those with bad experiences to also provide reviews on those platforms. I will do so and also get in touch again with Ecco to try to convince them not to work together with this company.
