Bad quality doors

I bought xinix door and the door was delivered in a poor condition and damaged. The company refused to take it back arguing that the doors should be ‘finished’ at my side. Turns out apart from visual damages that I have to fix as a client, I am also expected to ‘figure out’ how to close the backside hinges because they don’t provide anything for that. And as a cherry on top when we turned the door upside down we noticed it literally breaks apart 😭😭😭
Given that it is not a wooden door, it is almost impossible to fix
