I requested a fast delivery

I requested a fast delivery. This was initially not possible. After I suggested that I must cancel the order the management agreed to meet my requested delivery schedule.

From the four form blocks delivered, 2 pieces were 1 cm too long, 2 pieces were 1 cm too short.

Everything was perfectly fine as usual

Everything was perfectly fine as usual. We ve been ordering foam since 2008 from this supplier. The quality is very good the prices are perfect for that and we have a personal support for all questions e.g. for sound insulation of our machines that we produce.

Terrible

Terrible. Delivery takes multiple months, service is unresponsive. The products are good, but you can get it all somewhere else. Don't buy here.
