I ordered some scent from them on…

I ordered some scent from them on third October. It still hasn’t arrived and now their website does not seem to be working. There seems to be no way of contacting them so I have lost £138. I’m really unhappy. Don’t use them.

Never received my order

I see that I am one of many who paid and never received the item. Like others here I also phoned and emailed enormous amounts of times and still no answer. I will have to try and claim with my bank if possible. Do not buy at this website!

Order never delivered!

Made order on 16th of Nov 2022
Asked many times the status of the delivery by mail and got never a response
Tried to reach out by phone many times and again no response
Finally decided to issue a claim to the card service for missed delivery
Don't buy from these guys my experience confirms the experience from other clients i was not aware before my order

Lost

Update to the below:
24/11/22 I received the full refund for the missing product, after an email yesterday that explains the following situation: product was not in inventory and they don’t have the staff to communicate with all customers. I could either await the product in a few days or get a refund. As the order was not for me, I chose the refund. This proves there’s good willingness and honesty behind the company, but whatever the reason they can not (always) deliver as promised, and lack communication. I go from 1 to 3 stars.

2/10/22 I placed my order
2/10/22 The payment was withdrawn
Shipment promised within 1 week

25/10/22 Shipping of complete order confirmed

7/11/22 Receipt of incomplete order, missing one item
7/10/22 Email w/o order number received to tell the order is incomplete and missing item will follow in few days

Multiple emails/phone calls from me are not answered….

Still missing the item or refund!

Very bad experience

I ordered 11 pcs of products. Paid 11 pcs. They send only 3 pcs after more than a month without any comunication and without any compensation.

I never write a review but for this I want to warn people. THEY are scamming people. I wait for almost a month for my product but they never came. Thank God I order it with my creditcard so I can get it back from my bank. BUT DO NOT BUY ON THIS WEBSITE
