I believe they are the only main company selling Dua fragrances I'm the UK so i had to accept the fact it wouldn't even be dispatched for 10 days+.

Clearly what they are doing is waiting until you order then ordering themselves directly from Dua in the US as opposed to keeping stock. They may even be 'drop-shipping' where it doesn't even go to them first and they just order on your behalf and input your address and it comes straight from the US but I'm not sure. I forgot to check the postage label.

They say it's pre-order but it's simply because they don't keep the stock.

The fragrance though is great and price is slightly on the side of expensive but not bad.

Thanks to their reply i now know how they work and in which case i stand corrected. If that is the case then i guess it works well for both more commonly bought fragrances and the ones they wouldn't carry. As such i have changed the star rating from 3 to 4. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 is simply due to the wait still being long even though there is a genuine and acceptable reason.

Dua fragrances are very high quality. I have purchased many and all of them are brilliant. Scent it London are excellent. Orders processed and despatched really quickly unless they have to source from their suppliers in which case they keep you informed and updated. I have purchased several dua fragrances from them in the past and I've never had any issues whatsoever. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Great product choice and super fast delivery. If I have a complaint, they need to expand their sites filters when perusing products. Currently limited to male, female or Dua.

Order arrived really fast considering RM strikes were in action. It really is the no.1 place to go if you have a discontinued fragrance you love but can’t find anymore. I would love if they did more discontinued fragrances

I’ve been looking for d and g by for years since it was discontinued and I saw a version of it on here I’m usually sceptical as I’ve never found a good version but this is 11/10 good fast delivery I really recommend

I am ordering from scenitlondon even before they had a website and I was always happy! I can't recommend them enough!

Since shipments to Spain are managed through forward2me.com, buying in stentitlondon is a real scam, they neither send the packages nor return the money.
Any claim is completely ignored, 4 months of claims that have been a waste of time.

Cualquier intento de solución lo ignoran completamente, 4 meses de reclamaciones que han sido una pérdida de tiempo.

I still buy perfumes in the UK with no problems with other companies, but you recommend a third-party service that is absolutely nonsense, and a waste of money, because they have higher return rates than what you are going to reimburse. As I say, a real nonsense.

Excellent service and delivery

My pakkage was smelling very nice when arrived. When opening the pakkage the reason why was revealed. The bottle was leaking and about a fifth portion was gone.

ADDITION:

It is unacceptable that scentitlondon would ask a customer to reach out and resolve an issue from months ago,and then claiming that the problem cannot be addressed because it was not raised within 48 hours. This lack of attention to customer concerns shows a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

Greedy company which have upped their prices like crazy to extort loyal customers. Some fragrances are very good others are very bad. £50 for 30ml haha. Crazy

I was very hopeful that my first order of a perfume, of which the original I have aspired to own for many months, but could not afford the hefty price-tag, would be a good one. The item was a pre-order so I had to wait longer than regular orders it seems, which I was happy to do. Sadly the perfume aroma disappears within less than 10 minutes! and I feel I have wasted a lot of money for nothing. Disappointed does not begin to describe how I feel. Cheated and wasted good money is more how I feel.

Great seller of genuine DUA's. They offer a reasonable price and occasionally discounts.

I bought a perfume with shipping through the company forward2me recommended by stentitlondon, and the package does not appear, nor does the money.
A month has passed and no one responds or gives solutions.
How is it Possible that the distributor of DUa Fragrances in the United Kingdom treats those of us who trust in their products like this?

Not only that they are the only site you can get Dua Fragrances here in UK, but from all my experience with fragrances sites so far, they are the best by miles.
Had an issue with some items that were out of stock, and I was able to replace them straight away, the customer service is 5* and the products that you receive are just top notch.
