Great price/value
I have had 3 contract with Scarlet at 3 different locations, and all have been a positive experience.
Every time I had the unlimited account, and that was priced 35 EUR/month. It went DOWN to 32 EUR. Which internet provider his prices go down?
Customer service was always quick and fair.
I recently switched away from them because I went to a Mobile Vikings account. A company that I have been with since the beginning. My switch happened 7 days into a new month with Scarlet. They ONLY charged me for the 7 DAYS. Again, I was expecting to pay for the full month.
Yes Telenet or Proximus are faster, but they are also more expensive. Unless you are a competitive gamer or really need high high high speeds, you will be good with Scarlet. Never had issues.

Stay away
Stay away. For a couple of euros more you get an actually reliable Internet service with a competent client service. I have never spoken with ruder and more incompetent staff than while dealing with Scarlet.

Stable connexion, very rare failure (maybe one or two times per year) for short time. Good downstream and upstream bandwidth. Competitive fees compared to other available providers for my localization.
